Love the shakes here. Our first choice for a cold milk bevy. Burgers are also great. Love the chicken range. Drive thru only operates second window. A sign is needed to let people know the first window is unmanned. Otherwise a ripper regular stop.

We've always loved Carl's Jr. But this is our first time to eat in this branch.Both the fries and onion rings smelt & tasted like they were fried in old used oil, and the burgers didn't taste as fresh as we've always known them.

Awesome place, Carl's Jr is always great (been to the Knox store for years) and this store is no exception.Been here multiple times now and each time had a hot, fresh and tasty meal. I could not find a single fault with anything; from the cleanliness of the dining area to the decor to the food to the service time - all great and faultless.If you want burgers for your family, this is the place to be.

I went to place the order via drive-through. The host (Heba) was completely rude over the microphone. The host's name is “Heba”, and she was rude and impatient while taking the order, completely spoiled our mood in the morning and the breakfast, and was moody while making the payment.The service and food used to be better, so we visited here again hoping to be the same. But highly disappointed with the way the Host treated us.I think the restaurant should train the staff in customers service

Visited on Saturday morning whilst out for a drive. I dont normally write reviews when experiences tend to be good however i should pay credit where credit is due. Bought the tradies breakfast. Food tasted excellent. Customer service was fantastic. Hubby commented that it was the best CJs weve been to, I agree 100%.

Food was quick, but there wasn't anything amazing about it.Free refills on the drink were nice, and I'll try something else another time, but don't feel like I got anything I couldn't get from any other fast food place.

This is my 3rd time trying the Carl's Jr and each and every time it gets worse. The food is sooo full of salt you literally can't taste anything else.The staff were nice however we had to explain like 5 times what nothing on a burger means (FYI .. it literally means nothing. Just the patty and bun, no extras no sauce no lettuce no onions no pickle)

The drive thru was super quick. The food was also really good. The staff are ok, could do better.Friend recommended me this place last year, and I had not come until last week. I’m super happy with the service, but the food is a little expensive, however I believe that it is worth it.

Whoever is working front of house at 9.30pm on the 17th of April, apparently has the name sarah" has shocking customer service. No one batted an eye lid with customers in the dinning room waiting to order. It took me walking up to the counter and saying "excuse me" before I was served. Absolutely disgusted in the customer service received. Do better."

Service was meh, atmosphere was that like a Mcdonalds so wasn't impressed there but the food was really amazing. I had low expectations being told about Hungry Jacks essentially having the same ingredients but they do a lot more with what they have and I would definitely go back again for the onion rings and chips alone. Had a burger that was really delicious. The service of bottomless drinks was really nice and made it just that much better to make up for the meh" service and whatnot."
