Pearcedale Fencing

Contacted this company to quote for side fences. Was told they were really busy and I would be placed on a list. Twelve months later still no contact. Contacted them again and was asked where I lived, provided my details and then nothing. Placed the job on hi pages and got a great company to do the fences. I own a small business and the most important rules are communication, responsiveness and quality service. Didn’t get that here.

Don't even bother with Pearcedale fencing. I rang him up and it took him 1 week to come around to do the quote, he said he'd email me the quote within a few days, after a few days i got nothing after 6 phone calls still nothing. After more then 3 and a half weeks I gave up.

During trying covid times when many businesses are struggling, its extremely disappointing to receive feedback that your job has been rejected due to a simple act of sending a text message on a Sunday afternoon, i am still shocked that pearcedale fencing put this in writing to me, please dont waste your time and support on this business, there are many businesses who would and are highly appreciative of your support. People are doing it tuff!!! ,If your biggest issue is getting a text outside of so called businesses hours, may i suggest you take a long hard look at yourself and maybe don't look at your messages on the weekend if it's so offensive. Big thumbs down to you and your out of touch business. Just for the record the fence is for the side of my house and does not effect my neighbours at all. Very dishonest reply Bill, shame on you.
