After picking up my gown from Kyha I was feeling a little overwhelmed about who I could entrust with the most important dress of my life. Working with Susie and Cecilia it’s easy to see why they’re so widely recommended. They were super welcoming and knowledgable about how small changes to weight gain etc would affect the fit of the gown. They even walked my mum through best practice in putting me in my gown on the day! These women are the ones you want to be working on your wedding dress!

Excellent and well priced bridal gown alterations. They were very professional and up front with timing and costing. The alterations were perfect and they took great care of my dress. Id definitely recommend to others.

Susie and Cecelia are amazing! They have impeccable attention to detail and have a wealth experience between them.You may find that they quote a little higher than other places, but it's truly worth the price considering the care that they take in making sure you look amazing on one of the most important days of your life.If you are looking for a place where you can leave your dress with peace of mind that it will be fitted perfectly, go nowhere else.

My dress was very complicated to deal with and everything didn’t fit, but with special thanks to Susie and Cecelia, it fit like a glove and I felt so comfortable in my dress. Thank you so much! Your talents made me feel like I was leaving my dress in extremely capable hands.

Susie and Cecilia were fantastic! Very professional service and high quality work, with appointments available Saturdays. They walked me through the alterations process from start to finish and made me feel informed and in great hands. My wedding dress needed a few alterations to ensure it fit perfectly and to make it more comfortable. They also stored it safely until the big day. On the day it was just perfect and I received many compliments that it looked like it was made for me - full credit to the two for their work!

Quite simply, Susie and Celia took my second hand dress and made it so it felt like it was made for me. I felt like a queen on the day! The way they could deconstruct the dress in their minds and suggest changes to create what I wanted was astounding and reflected the decades and decades of experience they have. Not only were they incredibly knowledgable and precise but they were beyond patient - not only with me but with the whole covid process. Susie stored my dress for all of 2020, waiting for me to have a new date. Then we had to do all my fittings again (I was previously only 3 weeks out from my wedding date in 2020 when the world imploded) and they didn't charge me more than the original 2019 quote. What angels!! These are the women to entrust with the most expensive dress you'll ever wear.

I would not recommend this place to anyone!!I had my bridal fitting appointments all booked in. Two days before my first fitting I had been told i was not allowed to bring anyone along with me due to Covid and the high rise in numbers (which is fine). I had then proceeded to ask if any changes occur to the rules, that I could be let know so I could have my mother with me for some advice and help with any decisions that might have needed to be made. I had then received an email the day before my first fitting saying how all my appointments were now to be canceled and good luck on finding someone else who would be a better fit for me. As a bride who has already had to reschedule their wedding and then to have this happen 2 months out from my wedding, to say the least was extremely anxiety provoking. For any brides thinking of using this service I would highly recommend to look else where, as they are very quick at cancelling appointments with no good given reason. All I did was ask a simple question which I didn’t think would create such a dramatic and unreasonable response.

Susie and Cecilia were incredible, I could not recommend them more highly! They made me feel so comfortable at every appointment, problem-solved along the way to ensure no detail of the dress was ever compromised and even showed me how to properly sit/move around in the dress on the day! I was so happy with the finished product and can't thank them enough.
