Will never go here again when a customer asks for a service do not rudely try to convince them to have a different service after they decline several times. In the past I have gone here asking for an eyebrow wax and they have pushed and pushed to thread instead and I caved but didn't go back again. Today I thought I will try one more time as a different lady was there. Again after asking for waxing and being sat down .. she picks up the tread and very rudely continued to convince me to let her use the thread.. after saying no three times she still continues as I got up and walked out she still continues yelling out listen to me.Learn to listen to your customers if you would like people to return and feel comfortable!

I Got eyelash extensions that weren’t put on correctly and glued to the skin of my eye which was causing a lot of pain I went in to get it fixed and was treated as though I was The biggest inconvenience even though if they’re not put on correctly it can cause and infection. Then after getting them touched up, they’re all starting to fall out after 6 days ... absolutey do not recommend wasting your money on eyelash extensions here.

Do not go here for eyelashes. I went for a lash lift and tint and the owner dropped lash tint on my shirt. She ruined my shirt which was designer and did not offer me any discount on my service. I noticed after about 3 weeks my lashes started falling out and snapping off! She obviously left the product on top long.

I had my eyelashes done my eyes burnt the whole time. The tech stopped 3 times through to see to other clients and my lashes haven’t even lasted a week

Had my eyebrows done on my birthday and I have super sensitive skin.. the lady who looked after me was so patient and kind. She did an amazing job with the tint and threading and beyond patient as my eyes streamed and I kept asking her to stop.Highly recommended for an fantasic service.Also gave me a gift as it was my birthday..So kind.

The worst facial I have ever had and I've had a lot, the cream used when put on was cold and in great lumps, she got it in my eyes and mouth.She then wiped of roughly and used something that felt like a oat scrub and I've never had my face rubbed so hard or so quick, she also rubbed my eyelids so I ended up with more stuff in my eyes. At this stage I said enough, it was everywhere even in the back of my hair in my ears. So disappointed and asked who talk her how to do facial, she advised they were all fully trained before working at shop. Well I'm sorry totally disagree.

Amazing place to get your wife and yourself pampered. High attention to detail. Prices are reasonable and the place look amazing! Really professional look and service.
