My partner and I had an investment property managed by this agency. The property Manager was Brooke. Her incompetence, immaturity and unprofessional attitude led to mismanagement of the property and we were never informed that our tenant was several weeks behind in rent. Her response was “I didn’t want to worry you”. This resulted in a serious financial strain that could have been avoided if she had done the bare minimum. We would have sold this property via this agency if they showed any interest or could be trusted. We have taken our business somewhere else and have been so impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. This is something this agency can’t deliver. We also wrote a complaint to Fady and got no response. If you want peace of mind property management this is not the agency for you.

My partner and I rented a unit that was managed by Brooke at Ray White Wollongong. The level of professionalism, support and mutual respect I experienced in all my dealings with Brooke has left me with the urge to leave this review.Brooke was always available for us and made an effort to ensure we felt supported if there were any issues in the unit. Every time it was required, Brooke would swiftly loop in the owner allowing them to provide us with a great renting experience.One time specifically, a significant maintenance issue occurred in our building that would normally be very stressful. However Brooke made every effort to ensure we were looked after going above and beyond in her role. At one point even taking calls and organising for quick fixes over a weekend when the issue progressed.I would absolutely rent through Brooke again, and would encourage anyone looking to rent to look at properties managed by Brooke. I'd further have the confidence to say that Ray White Wollongong is a great place to list a property through based on my experience seeing how they conduct business.Thank you for everything Brooke and Ray White Wollongong!Cheers,Paddy

However I'm my opinion Ray White have been fantastic they've followed through on anything that needed doing and even for the landlord they completed inspection when due (didn't happen at some others).I found Mel to be professional, committed and lovely person to do business with.
