Magic Hand Carwash - Kew East

The clean I asked for was an $150 advanced clean of a modest sized van. The sides were done well. They completely skipped washing the top of the van. Zero. I wouldn't go back.

My poor pooch had an upset tummy but the boys at Magic did me a solid. Interior was absolutely atrocious (pics don’t do it any justice). I was offered a Full interior clean and a they threw in an exterior clean for a little extra. Very pleasant experience, definitely recommend if you’re not to fussed on pricing.Update: had to bring it back a few more times which Magic Kew east was happy to help with, but unfortunately weeks later, my seats are stained through the shampoo they’ve used - another detailer mentioned that this was poor choice of products and not steam cleaned after. Magic received this well and offered better solutions to ensure I was happy with the service in the end!

Magic Car Wash in Kew East is sensational, in particular KP. I had a large flatbed truck that was absolutely filthy. KP took the time to go through the whole vehicle with me and ensure that he and his team had an understanding of exactly what cleaning needed to be done. Inside the vehicle was spilt energy drinks, smelt bad, had mud, dust and aluminium shavings, outside of the vehicle was covered in dirt and dust. KP gave me a great quote and told me he would have his team work on it. KP called me to let me know the vehicle was ready and he and his team did an amazing job. The inside is completely spotless and looks fantastic, no telling that any of the previous mess was there. All crevices and hard to get spots have been looked after. If you need your vehicle cleaned right for a fair price speak to KP.

Very poor experience - I had a superior wash for my Hyundai i30 today. Upon paying for the superior wash, I asked about the $10 off (advertised online for first time users) as I did not receive an email for this discount, despite trying multiple times. The person (Manager?) did not seem to care not help with this. I couldn't be bothered arguing and pursuing this, so accepted the $69 fee. Clean was good, only took 30 minutes. When I returned, they had lost the keys. I let them work it out and look for the keys, they had to be here somewhere so I figured they'd eventually work it out. I told them the keys had a yellow tag on them, hoping that would help them locate the keys. It took them 10-15 minutes and I was given a set of keys for a Volkswagen. I told them no, I drive the Hyundai i30. They then gave me keys for a Honda. I once again, said no, I drive the Hyundai i30. I was then given a set of keys with a Hyundai without a yellow tag. I said no, these are someone else keys. Mine has a yellow tag. The same person who was rude about paying the fee/not helping with the advertised discount, then rudely said no these have to be my keys because I drive a Hyundai. I was fed up and told him I have told him multiple times it has a yellow tag and you've gone through 3 brands of cars before even getting the car type right. He told me I was wrong and these are my keys. After scrambling around for 15 minutes, they then realise they left the keys in the ignition. Won't be returning and would recommend you go elsewhere. Poor customer service, rude staff, and wouldn't apologise even though he could see I was getting fed up. The way he spoke to his staff members were also unprofessional.

Had both my cars detailed here. AMAZING results. They managed to clean out the combined efforts of two little ultra-messy kids and get both cars back to showroom condition (well, as close as you can get with 10 year old cars).Great service and wonderful results.

I cannot rate this place highly enough. The quality of the clean is great. I bring all my vehicles here to get a good clean.Coming to the venue feels like I am catching up with old friends. Staff here are efficient and very honest. What I got was better than expected and it was great value for money. Also the waiting area is very clean and cosy and I didn't need to go to any nearby cafe.

The customer service here is excellent, particularly from the manager who initially greets you and takes your order. The clean is excellent and done reasonably quickly, so you don’t have to wait long. Whilst waiting, there is a comfortable indoor and outdoor space with drinks and coffee facilities.

Took my car to be detailed inside and out on a Saturday afternoon.The car was clean, however, there were two parts of my car that had been damaged in the process ( charging socket cover snapped off and the display screen shattered on the bottom corners ).The service felt rushed, and the staff were busy trying to complete all cars before 5pm closing time (about 10 cars in 30 minutes).I believe a booking system would really benefit your business to ensure that staff are more cautious to avoid damaging cars and provide a more quality cleaning service.
