Not very helpful... we were looking at buying a new phone and the salesperson we originally talked to said a sale was to last to end of the month... but was short. They also said they can cease a sale at any time. Very dissapointing as being a long customer. Well, they missed on a sale.

I visited this JB hi-fi an hour ago, I asked for a price match as one other store gave me the less price, Sales person called Chris and said to go back to the store that is giving me the cheaper price. The service is so poor. I can't even give negative stars - so rude staff and they do not care at all about the customers. This type of behaviour does not suit JB hi-fi. They make false claims that they do the price match. Very Poor service.

Fantastic service by the staff and especially Paul the manager who handled a gift card problem. I explained the problem, he was apologetic and he told me about what should have happened. Paul said it would take a few days for the problem to be rectified and would call me. He called as promised and there was no chasing up on my end. Thanks Paul and team!

Really don't like these stores. Good range of products and reasonably priced but it's so hard to get any service. They're always busy doing something other than serving customers.
