I have been attending mat Pilates with Bennett for several years now, I have increased my flexibility and strengthened my hip flexors. I have also improved my co-ordination and balance! It is a great place to go each week!

Innovate Exercise Physiology
My wife and l have been under Bennett's exercise physiology instruction for several years. He has made the world of difference to our mobility, strength and pain relief. Bennett provides knowledgeable instruction and very good demonstrations on how to correctly perform an exercise or stretch. I encourage former Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel who have a White or Gold Card to take up the offer of fully funded exercise physiology provided by the Dept of Veteran Affairs (DVA). I also encourage NDIS funded recipients to engage with Bennett as my wife has.

I took my daughter to see Bennett after she did significant damage to her ankle. With the help of Bennett she was able to prevent having ankle reconstruction surgery. I would highly recommend the team at Innovate Exercise Physiology.

I have found the perfect excercise class for me. I am 81yrs young and since joining Bens weekly class in Nov 2021 I am feeling great both in mind and body. The hour program is interesting fun and varied and has definately helped me to move better . Ben is always watching to make sure we dont do more than we are capable of. Recommend Excercise Physiology for all ages especially Innovate Excercise Physiology Croydon. Thanks Ben. . Pat Burns.
