We used Brad Johnston removals for an internal move. They were able to come at short notice, were punctual, efficient, very pleasant and polite to deal with, and took care with all our items. In particular we were moving into a brand new build and wanted special care with flooring and walls- and they were extremely careful to not damage anything. In addition they were competitively priced. Beyond impressed and very happy recommend to anyone looking for a removalist for any job - big or small. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

Brad Johnston removals were a dream to work with. They were on time, nothing was too hard. They were very careful and so polite. Their attitude was amazing. They had heaps of blankets to and ropes to keep everything safe and secure on the trip. Price was great. Highly recommend, don't bother booking else where.

I used this removal service 21/09/2022 (yesterday) and was beyond impressed with what we got from them. They moved my mums house items from Hornsby Heights to Penrith. They were efficient (not taking their sweet time), polite and immediately responsive to my mums requests. Moved everything delicately like it was their own, didn't mark any walls or damage any items. They were polite and very competitively priced. I would refer them to anyone who wanted excellent customer service, with a respectable price and quality kind men.

We engaged Brad Johnston Removals to move out of a large, 5 bedroom house to two separate apartments in one day - this was a big move for two families which meant 2x sets of large appliances etc. When only 2x people arrived in the morning I honestly thought they wouldn't be done within the day but Brad and his offsider were amazingly efficient! I've never seen two people carry, load and unload furniture like these two - they do not muck around! They were punctual, well mannered and did not damage a thing! Don't bother with the more, well known removalists with large overheads - I cannot recommend BJR enough!

I highly recommend Brad and his team. Very professional, friendly, reasonably priced and excellent communication. We had to move a Baby Grand Piano between two properties with challenging access at one of them. Brand and his offsider did an amazing job and ensured our very valuable Piano was moved safely.

Brad and his team moved us 2 months ago - on a very warm day on 21 December - from a 3br house and 3br townhouse into a 5br house. The guys were friendly and careful with all the items, and really knew how to fit it all in. Couldn't believe the whole move was done in less than 4 hours. Highly recommended.

Brad has been awesome helping us over the last few months while we complete renovations. He has taken stuff to the tip, moved furniture around the house and in particular stacking just about everything in the house into a small family room as carpet was being laid, he then came back the next day and put everything back into place. He has also helped with picking up new furniture post reno's. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. He and Jarrod are very professional, on time and very courteous. Nothing is too much trouble and they treat your personal items with care. Brad's very experienced and it shows.

Moving is stressful and it's even more stressful when you're doing it around the holidays. But we were lucky enough to find Brad Johnston Removals, who gave us a great experience from start to finish.I was impressed from the very start by how professional, courteous, honest, and lovely these guys are. Rebecca—the coordinator —was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns, and she made sure that every part of our move went smoothly.The team (Jared and Nick) arrived on time with a big smile on their faces at 8 AM and got right down to business. I had estimated that I would not be able to move all the stuff in one go in a 10 tonner ( 3 Bedroom and a large Garage), but the guys proved me wrong with such great positive attitude! They loaded everything in an impressively organized way and with super care, ensuring that every item was packed carefully and arranged meticulously. They had clearly done this many times before !!Also note: they handled my upright piano like it was their own child—no joke!I strongly recommend these guys for total peace of mind and wonderful experience.
