If I had the option of no stars, I would have picked it. Appalling service. After waiting a week for gas bottles, they told me they can’t deliver as they have to go through the garage. I told them this hasn’t been a problem before as I have 3 empty Elgas bottles. Many many difficulties with the company cancelling my order as I somehow had 2 accounts and them closing an account I had ordered bottles with. A week with out gas with no hot water or gas to cook with for a family of 5 to be told they “can’t” deliver is ridiculous.

Unreal. Been waiting over 7 business days for gas. We made a mistake and ran out of gas. They keep saying they will come tomorrow. 5 days in a row. We have no gas, no hot water, no stove. If you can’t do your job just tell us so we can stop wasting time and get someone who can deliver us gas.

Ordered a bottle for urgent delivery on Monday night due to one of their new bottles leaking. Called them first thing Tuesday morning to make sure we’d get a bottle asap. Was told it would come on Wednesday. It’s Thursday and we still don’t have any gas. Called them again to see when we’d get a bottle and was told our order didn’t come in until Wednesday night. I asked them why it’s taking so long for an urgent delivery to which she replied ‘because only one bottle was ordered, it’s not urgent and got pushed back to later in the week’. I think it’s unfair to assume it’s not urgent if only one bottle was ordered given that I only wanted to pay for one bottle at a time. The lady on the phone was extremely rude with no customer service skills at all and told me I was the third person to call today who hasn’t gotten a delivery. Seems to be a problem with the company.

Wow, if there was an option to click 0 stars thats what I would have chosen. Has anyone in this team got any customer service skills? I have moved overseas and closed my account, I am trying to pay the final bill for weeks now and they cant seem to be able to send me an invoice. I just want to settle all my bills so I can close my bank account but they don't care. In fact thats literally what Lisa said to my husband over the phone I dont care". Management please take note

Every year for 5 years Elgas have tried to slog me for 70 bucks under the disguise of a service charge.Even though they are the same 2 bottles I have had for 4 years. ...Every year I explain that I never agreed to a service charge and to come and collect your bottles. I offer to empty the bottles and every time they apologise and say they will not apply a service charge. If I had paid the last 5 years of service charges that would be an extra $400 on top of the initial $300 I paid for the bottles.Absolute thieving criminals you should be shut down.It's a breach of contract and they go running every year. But how many of you just pay the illegal fee,?

My review seems to have disappeared. Unbelievable. It's now 22 days and counting since I ordered and paid for my gas bottle. I have called twice to cancel my order and ask for a refund but nobody has answered the call. Bizarre does not begin to describe my experience with this completely incompetent 'business'

Worst utility company I have ever used. You don’t know when they will attend your property, if they have attended, there invoices do not have a date on them and when the bill will be direct debited and have no details on the billing period or change in gas price per litre.

Order an extra bottle delivery for the next week.(easy right?)They came next day, took away my half full bottle, charged me for a new one and left me with just one bottle. (???)Still waiting for the invoice to come trough on my email. NonsenseI called, they refused to accept the mistake. And refund the existing bottle.My advise would be:Be careful when ordering, better do it yourself online.
