First came here, in November '22. It's the kitchen at the Civic Hotel. This is the 3rd time I've been and had the cutlets, chips and salad, and it has never been disappointed. The cutlets aren't too fatty, are cooked to perfection with a little blush and the crumb is so crispy and delicious. The chips have obviously come straight out of the deep fryer and are crispy and super hot. The side salad has a tasty dressing. The before and after photos tell the story.
