We bought property on Edmund Street and can’t thank enough to Signature staff providing us with all the customisation they allowed with our build. Such an amazing architecture team who knows how to use each centimetre of the land and put efforts to do changes in the plan. Also, builder was Lilly and we have no issues with anything from start to finish!

I bought an investment property at one of their projects at 14-16 Nelson Rd, Box Hill. Me being new to this real estate world, Tanmay from Signature projects clearly explained the whole process and timeline that i am looking at for handover. I really like the timeliness of how all my queries are responded to and how professional the team at Signature projects really are. I would highly recommend them for any new investor like me.

I bought a property from Signature in 2020 in Rousehill and unfortunately it turned out to be the worst decision of my life. We had so many plans and dreams for this being our first home which Signature turned into a nightmare. The property purchase was downright misleading with a lot of misinformation. Its 2023 and I think the project wouldn't be completed by 2024. I would not recommend this developer to anyone and would advise them to look elsewhere for more professional experience and transparency.

Signature Projects and its team has made it possible for first home buyers to purchase a good and affordable home and land packages with them. As a first home buyer, I bought a home and land package with them at Edmund Street in Riverstone. With their split home and land contracts, it made us simple to obtain a bank loan. There projects are always attention to detail and they focus on client satisfaction. To be honest Signature Project is a company that focusses on low income earners so that they can own a dream house with a best affordable price possible.

A couple of my friends bought land and package deal with them. Because of signature's unprofessional and unethical practices they are struggling financially and mentally at the moment. 3+ years they still didn't get their houses.

Signature Projects
Do not fall into Signature Land+ Package deals. They will sell you a dream with lots of promises but do not expect them to deliver it. I purchased a house from them in 2019 Jan and they promised to deliver it by 2019 Dec. Now we are in 2022 in Late Oct still there is no sign of a delivery date. Also, they asked us to pay more even though we signed a fixed price contract. So, my advice is, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.I am more than happy to share more information with anyone.

The biggest mistake of our lives was to buy a property with signature, they are very smart in selling at low prices and trap customers and have the worst customer service on the planet. Personal experience it’s been 3 years since purchase and we are yet to see the final outcome. So take your chances if you dare.

This is an honest feedback" and feel free to contact me directly for more details. Signature uses fake positive reviews to gain lost reputation. Please beware. DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP.My experience with Signature (Tallawong) is pathetic. The construction is on-going for more than three and half (3.5 Years)

I bought an investment property at their 14-16 Nelson Rd, Box Hill project. The team at Signature has been very transparent and responsive during the whole purchasing process. I would highly recommend Signature projects for both first home buyers and investors as their pricing is very market competitive and their workmanship is totally value for money.
