Love this place. Mark (owner) and staff r extremely helpful. Nothing is too hard or silly to fix repair or frame.

I had a lot of prints that needed to be framed plus a few photo's that had bespoked frames made to size. I was very happy with the end result. Everything was framed perfectly. Isaac provided excellent customer service and helped me with choosing the best colour boards & frames. I highly recommend this business. Isaac went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the end result. 5 stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent service, beautiful framing work. I was so pleased with the results and will be back again for all my future framing needs.

Not impressed.The work may be good quality but we never got to see it. My friend and I had 2 artworks to frame. They said they'd be ready in a month. 6 weeks later, we rang, left a message on the answering machine. No response. Tried a 2nd time, no response. Dropped in to see if they were ready after 2 months and was told they were waiting for the frame delivery. Didn't start on the other one, they thought they'd do them together. Didn't let us know about the delivery delay. At 10 weeks, rang again, no response. The following week we picked up our artwork and will take our business elsewhere. If you want your business to succeed, I suggest you stop avoiding your customers, communicate with them and learn to prioritise your work.

The customer service there is exceptional!! Went to get a picture framed and they went out of their way to look after me, looked thru 100s of record to find my previous order so they could match it.Very friendly staff... I will not go anywhere else

Really impressed with the exceptional quality and service on some custom framing I recently had done. This place has new owners and they’ve made so many improvements, expanded the range and I can highly recommend.

A total rip off. Took 3 items to be repaired. One was repaired, one was half repaired but the third one was the piece de resistance. We made a hole in it, repaired the hole that we made and that will cost you $xxxx. Thrice caught never again.
