Don't ever take your dog to get groomed at this place! Nothing like what we asked for and the photo we showed them!The cut is uneven, didn't clean his ears and the puppy got back so shutted and scared!Not recommend at all!

I am happy about the service today with my dog, reasonable price and very friendly staff, will recommend to my friends.

Had my Japanese spitz taken in for a regular grooming. Had the impression they were going to give her a nice clean, trim her toe nail hair and even her fur out. Family left in shock when we saw that a major amount of hair was cut off, almost completely removing her outer coat. They were very apologetic when I called in distress but despite that, the grooming is clearly unfinished, looking very uneven and amateurish in many areas, with photos I took to prove it. The one thing we absolutely wanted, which was clipping the hair in between her toe nails, looks like it wasn’t even attempted. My dog went from having a beautiful natural coat we didn’t want touched to a very dishevelled and uneven coat that looks far worse than it did before the session. I try not to write bad reviews for businesses but this is The first time I’ve been left this upset due to a grooming session.

Took my toy poodle here twice, first time I was not happy with the clip. But decided it was my fault for not describing what I wanted well enough and I got the scissors out to fix it up at home. I found photos to show them the second time, but they didn’t clip him anything like the photos (simple poodle puppy clip). Disappointed in the lack of communication and the inconsistency in pricing. (Every time you ask and every time you go, you get a different price! And they no longer have prices on website to refer to..)I’m hesitant to post this review as it seems any bad review has a response from owner about how rude that customer has been and not welcome back. I guess they don’t take feedback well.I have given two stars as I think they do try to take care of the dogs. If you’re not fussed about communication, how they clip or what they charge, you will likely be ok with their services.

Fantastic service. The dogs always look great.After the dogs rolled in something at the beach Lisa and Ray stayed back on a Sunday night to wash them (twice each) and made them smell great. Best grooming place. Can not recommend Puppy Land Pet Grooming highly enough.

We could not be happier with Puppy Land Pet Grooming. We've used them a couple of times now and our dogs all come out looking amazing and I can tell that they have been well treated there. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

I am so disappointed with their grooming service.They done such a rush work, my dog had a wound at the place between his pad and fur. A few days later, the wound got inflamed!! I had went to vet for further treatment for my dog.However, on other pad, the edges did not trim at all, the dead skins are all there, and they did bother to cut his nails.I paid for 30mins treatment and waited over an hour, this is how you did to my dog!? I’ll never ever go to there again! Will never recommend to my friend!I booked in online two weeks earlier, when I dropped my dog on time, there is no receptionist, looks like the only one grooming person run from the back and take my dog in, when she opened the door, I can see at least 5 dog already tied around the door waiting to be treated, and it could be more dogs at the back in the middle of treatment. I had a bad feeling at that time.I have photos to approve all my wording but I don’t know how to attach it online.Such a shame on you for what you did for all innocent dog!

Lovely service, our japanese akita normally doesn't like to be bathed , but seemed happy this time :) will come back again.

Tried based on the previous reviews and local but should’ve taken note that they were months old and not many. Been to many different groomers in the past who have all done far better job. Very uneven cut, looks completely rushed and an amateur job. Business owner was not there when we went to pick dog up so the dogs were just left alone, would never agree to that happening. Will not be going back
