Excellent Service, Great Products, All the best brands and best of all they don't rip you off!!! Can't believe how well you get taken care of !

Do not go to Bourne store at Keysborough. Laura, Manager of the store does not know what she is doing when ordering. She order mirror without telling the customer what size of the mirror. She went ahead ordered 6 mirrors (3 big mirrors and 3 small mirrors) while I said to her I need 3 mirrors for the 3 bathrooms. She stuff up the order and then blame it to the customer. She does not want to refund the money even when was told to do so by the Manager higher up. She continue to play game and refuse to refund the last $500. Wasting a lot of my time dealing with her. I cannot believe she is the Manager of Bourne store. What a pathetic customer service!!!!
