Sergio and his team did a fantastic job on my phone repairing a cracked and unresponsive screen in 1 day. I was offered a temporary phone to use while mine was in repairs which I thought was an above and beyond service. My phone has been working perfectly since I got it back but I was told that if it starts to play up, I have a 90 day warranty on the screen. Thank you. I will be taking my phone here for any future repairs.

I had the screen replaced on my Google Pixel 3a, which is now a reasonably outdated model. It was helpful to get a quote and book a repair appointment online (up to 3-4 days in advance), as well as a turnaround estimate for pickup.The quote was competitive, and parts were readily available (this was especially surprising). The location is convenient, if a little tricky to find. I was also impressed by the staff who were incredibly courteous and professional.Thanks to James, who handled my repair. An inspection was conducted on arrival and I was shocked to learn the battery was swollen and warping the case. James recommended a new battery, and completed both repairs together.Insofar as one can be, given the circumstances, I'm quite happy with the handiwork and the whole experience. I will be recommending UBreakIFix to my colleagues and friends who work in town.

Excellent repair service. I lost my flagship Samsung S22 Ultra 256GB at a music festival and when recovered, the smartphone looked irreparable with the back cover stomped on, components exposed, could not turn on, charge, etc. I was told by friends it was a write off at this point.Anxious to have the phone repaired (or even replaced) as soon as possible, I gave it a shot anyway and brought in the very damaged phone to uBreakIFix based on the high ratings and reviews. Sergio was great - honest, quick and professional. My Huawei P20 Pro had a swollen battery. Usually that kind of thing takes days to fix but Sergio was able to repair it in time for me to pick up before close that same day! Highly recommend.
