Pest In The West

We engaged Elias from Pest In The West when we noticed a German cockroach in the kitchen of the house we were moving into. Elias was not only friendly and clear with communication, but also very honest and reasonable with what we could expect to pay (and his quote was very competitive)! He arrived right on time and got straight to work with the treatment, both indoor and outdoor, and upon inspection of our home and chatting with us about our needs, he also suggested we might not need a follow-up visit for the German cockroaches because there was not much activity since we had moved in. He let us know that if he was wrong, and we were to find more roaches in the coming 2 weeks, we could give him a call and he would honour his original quoted price for the two visits. He gave some great tips and advice about what to look for if checking for termites, and how to prevent them from becoming an issue on our property. It was great that he was so aware of how the products work and how to keep our pets safe. We have already recommended him to family, and will definitely consult him again in future for preventative maintenance, as his rates were very affordable and he was clean, efficient and considerate.

After moving into our new place 12 months ago, we decided to renovate the house. We discovered a lot of insects including spiders, cockroaches and ant eggs hidden in every crevice and corner our old property. We called Elias after being recommended by another friend and he came right away and was very attentive and thorough with his work. He was very informative and made sure all areas were covered. It's safe to say even 12+ months we haven't had any problems and very impressed with how long this stuff lasts. We would highly recommend his services and will be using him very soon for our annual inspection.

After a concerning morning seeing a little mouse run through my kitchen, I quickly got in touch with this service. Elias was able to squeeze an appointment for me in his busy day, diagnose the issue and treat the in and outside of my house.
