Good help with parts on the washing machine rang 5 other places with no luck and they had it on the shelf

After receiving professional treatment yesterday by the receptionist (sorry I don't know your name), Neil arrived at the time arranged and proceeded to diagnose and repair my old dishwasher. He didn't hesitate to explain what he was doing, and giving me tips how to minimise future problems. A very professional and helpful service organisation.

Neil did a terrific job for us, we could not be happier. He put new shock absorbers in our old Miele front loading washing machine, and gave it a bit of other maintenance. Now it is as good as new. I really wish more people would get their appliances fixed, rather than throwing them out.

Just had Neil from Kelly,s white goods come out to fix our fridge, WOW ! Very professional, very polite, very organised! Neil even took a few minutes to educate us on the correct usage of other appliances in the house. I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator in September 2009. Today is August 2016 and the thing is as hot as a BBQ. Please consider that when I researched the fridge I bought it for $1800 which WAS a great deal. Thus being 59 year old and having an understanding that a fridge should last 20 – 25 years I was a “bit shocked” when the fridge turned into a BBQ. Ok, I had a 5 year warranty – but contacting Whirlpool - there was a lot of communication – but they did not wanted to know about my problem. OK, I contacted the ACCC – they referred me to Queensland Fair Trading – who again advised me that because the fridge was a) purchased before 2010 and b) that the fridge was now over 7 years old that they could not do anything and referred me back to the ACCC where I could lodge a complained and may be in 100 years something could have been done.BUT….it a fridge and I guess even everyone who reads my review…just know that you need this thing EVERYDAY!So being very conscious of my hard earned money I stared to research. I searched all websites, reviews – etc. So where does it end, and what do you believe? Luckily I was not under time pressure – I was able to manage without the fridge working! So I had enough time to research and here is how I decided who to choose. I knew that if you select a large company that they will charge you – the max fee from the beginning on – they just have to do this. But you have also the smaller companies who depend on mouth to mouth advertising.So in this instance my research just told me to go and to contact Kelly's Whitegoods. It was like an intuition!The gentleman who arrived introduced himself as Neal and the first day he checked physically the fridge over and placed later a scribe into the fridge – which is an electronic monitoring device – which recognizes the working of the fridge performance.This performance testing was done from a Friday late afternoon to the following Monday morning. Neal came the day after and I have to say that was not at home and also my wife was not feeling well. Talking to her that evening when I arrived back home from work she mentioned to me that he worked on the fridge over 3 hours.This was last week and I had a call from Kelly’s Whitegoods today to pay the last the last service he did. Having a whitegoods technician in your house I somehow knew that I shouldn’t complain because it is cheaper than a new fridge. Cutting a long story short…the $ I feared to spend where far less than anticipated!!!!!I therefore thank Neal for repairing my fridge which works like a new one! By the way - while he was at my place I thought that it is great to have a person who knows also dishwashers and front loader washing machines and I asked him a lot of questions. And I have to report that the info I have received will save me a lot on money in the future.Yes – I know – it is so difficult to trust, but I am pleased to report that (and luckily not that far away from my home in Runaway Bay) is someone who will be always my fist call if something with my white goods will go wrong in my house.I therefore wold like to thank Neal for your great professional and friendly service.PS I hereby give Kelly's Whitegoods the permission to give anyone other consumer my mobile phone number in the event that someone has a question I could answer.SincerelyRudi JRunaway Bay Qld 4216

Its always way cheaper to repair than to buy new. Kellys were very helpful. Lots of washing machines and dryers. Lots of parts and loads of experience.

Dishwasher repair. Arrived when they said they would. Friendly and competent service. Would highly recommend and would definately use again when the need arises.
