I am originally from Melbourne, been here 27 years and wow your drivers are so road polite! Really decent drivers. My kids have all caught the buses to school and also had great experiences. Well done to you all and thx for keeping my now adult boys safe on travels.

Hi I don't like this PTV Bus company Because I was on one of the bus on Wednesday 28/6/2023 on Bus B 209 there was stuff on the seat at the back of the bus the drivers are awesome bus drivers

Buses are very rarely on time, multiple times when i get the bus, the driver will sit at the bus stop for a few minutes after the scheduled time, or stop at stops they don’t need to just to sit there for a few minutes, drivers are constantly rude and some aren’t even wearing face coverings which are mandatory

I'm on bus B,171, and the driver was outstanding, her driving skills were far more advanced than many of her colleagues. Very polite presented well and is a credit to her employer. The ladies name was Derryl. Poor girl.

This is a very reliable bus service. For my job I need to catch each and everyone of the Ballarat routes from the No: 10 right through to the No: 30. In over 6 months there has never been a cancelled service and they generally run on time or a few mins late. (You want your bus running a few mins late, if anything, but never early). The busses are always very clean and most importantly I would say most drivers are very courteous and customer service focussed. It’s a shame that more of the Ballarat public don’t use the service. Currently I believe only about 1% use it. Good job CDC, keep up the good work!

I have not needed to go to the office, but as I don't drive, use of the bus network in Ballarat, is fairly often. I recognise most of the drivers on sight and know a few names. Always get to my destination without incident. Thank you drivers and keep Ballarat residents and tourists moving.

At approximately 6:40pm, someone in a white hatchback CDC-marked company vehicle on Doveton Street N, started to tail-gate me extremely close and flash their highbeams, for no apparent reason. Either these company cars don't have dashcams or CDC doesn't care about their employees conduct whilst driving their vehicles. Needlessly DANGEROUS behaviour.
