Crosby Tiles

Came in earlier in the week but they were very busy. Revisited today and had a wonderful experience going through my ideas with staff member Ebony. She really understood what i was trying to achieve and helped me with my selection. Just great and i am so happy.

Crosby Tiles Osborne Park have been an absolute pleasure to deal with during our 18 month construction period. From the first selection meeting to a few reselections along the way, they have been efficient, accommodating and professional.There was an small issue in that the builders didn't order enough of the feature tile initially.Being that it was a made-to-order artisan tile from Melbourne, the lead time for the additional order was going to be lengthy at such a late stage of our build...but Claire was on to it and had everyone pull together (Crosby's, the builder and the supplier) to ensure the lead time was as short as possible. The extra order would arrive so as not to hold up completion and handover.Special mention to Claire, who is brilliant at her job behind the scenes and delightful with her clients. We highly recommend this business for beautiful quality tiles and excellent service. :)

Great selection but as a decorating novice I became totally overwhelmed.Upon entering we were quickly shown what tile areas we could choose from then left to our own devices. We were getting nowhere so we asked for consultants help time to time they spent a few mins then took off again, it became exhausting. Finally after a few hours a consultant actually sat with us and helped us get through it all, we were very relieved to say the least she was amazing.An hour long process with a consultants help ended up taking just over three so I'm not sure we will rush back.

Wonderful customer service and products displays. If you want something special I always look around - these guys have great arrangements!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS IF FIRST HOME BUILDER! They will supply faulty substandard tiles that change and defect within months! They retiles my Ensuite less than 6 months ago due to Faulty tiles & the new batch they have put in is faulty as well and changed. Now they only want to change1 Tile rather than take out the faulty product and put another non faulty product. Having to take them to Consumer Protection & Building Tribunal. Avoid the Stress and shop elsewhere. Pictures for evidence.

I was most grateful and appreciated the help received today by Ebony. She offered her experience of colour choices when I asked her opinion, I was able to take samples of tiles away, nothing was rushed and she wrote down the names of tiles for me. Ebony's experience, friendly demeanour & professionalism made my day, by a chance visit to Crosby Tiles. I had not received this attentive service at another tile shop in Joondalup. Thank you Ebony.

Really helpful staff, gave us insight on which tiles went with which. Helped narrow down what would otherwise be a daunting selection and we did it at no extra cost incurred. Really good selection available, all under one roof. There is a selection table where you put your choices and compare them with each other which I found really helpful.

Great choice of colours and sizes. The staff were very helpful and knew all there was to know about tiles and matching different styles and colours. Recommended.
