Mark is a wonderful puppy whisperer! After having a bad experiance with another dog trainer, it was great meeting Mark who provided genuine guidance, quick tips and solutions to help us and Neo, our 12 week old French Bulldog. The techniques he shared around biting & nipping, potty training, commands, positive reinforcement, house rules and more were really helpful and we already see a big difference in how our Neo is responding. Thank you Mark for showing us best ways to model the behaviour we want to see in little Neo!

We took our Border Collie pups to Mark's Waverley training sessions & they were excellent. Mark really knows his stuff. He gave us loads of practical tips & taught us how to manage the issues we were having. We can highly recommend taking this course.

We booked Mark to help with Hugo our; recently adopted, 14 month old rescue Mastiff!Hugo has low obedience and almost non existing impulse control, but in our session Mark was able to greatly demonstrate good progress and training methods tailored to Hugo and his personality.Since our session we've seen vast improvements in Hugo's behavior and happiness! Thanks a lot Mark!Highly recommend

Awesome trainer, my dog Nala was picking things up way quicker than she would have if I trained her myself. I grew up with dogs but this was the first time doing a puppy school. Learnt a lot about dog behaviour as well. Mark is very friendly and gentle with his approach. Definitely value for money!

We enlisted Mark's help with our new greyhound and we can't recommend him strongly enough! He gave us some very simple tips around positive reinforcement and our girl is a changed hound! He is extremely professional, was very efficient and friendly - I look forward to having a follow up session. I highly recommend Mark for all dog owners but especially for greys.

I’ve hesitated about writing this, however I feel it’s correct to do so.I called Mark about a year ago to help me train my then 5 months old border collie. The moment he walked in to my flat he made a comment of : Ok you a in a one bedroom unit, why a border collie. This instantly made me feel like i was judged and i was actually a little uncomfortable with that remark. We spend an hour just chatting on my sofa and his reply to my questions was all very basic, he was not really doing any interaction with my dog was more just telling me all the theories on what i should do, to which they were pretty much all the stander feedback you would get from watching youtube video. At the very end I have asked if he d like to take my dog on a walk and he has agreed to it. But that only lasted for 20 mins and he given me couple more printouts on instructions of how to leash walk and stop barking and left.Overall i feel like the 2 hours at home training I did with him was not tailored to what I needed with my dog and I was really just left with some paper and 400 bucks out of my pocket.Since then I went and found 2 more trainers ( Not So Wild Dog Training and Eazy Dog Training ) and right away I saw the difference in what one on one training class should be like. They were all far more engaging with the dog, leading by example and teaching you how to do it rather than just give you paper print outs. This review truly is just base on my own experience, if you puppy have benefited from Mark s training then im very happy for you. However personally that was a waste of my money and time .

Our session with mark was such a positive step for us! He is knowledgeable and patient, makes time to really understand your problem so he can best help in a targeted, informed way. We have seen great results so far and highly recommend him to anyone looking for something more tailored than a one size fits all approach. He didn’t rush us, he explained the theory from the ground up so that we would understand the how and why behind the instructions, which I think is super important to help you stay on track when something new comes up / slightly different circumstances to what was discussed.Thankyou Mark!

Mark came to see us a month ago to help deal with our two staffies and the escalating dog fights between them. He helped us understand why the fights were happening, how to manage their behaviours, and ultimately change how they co-exist with each other. A month on, and we have seen the biggest difference. We haven't had a fight in more than two weeks which is huge for our family. Mark was kind, understanding and extremely patient with us. Highly recommend! Thanks Mark!

Mark was fantastic. Had a very calming presence, good method of retrieving information and formulating a individualised plan and his way of explaining things were relatable. Came to my place on a weekend and maintained professionalism throughout, something a female on her own appreciates. Gave me great strategies to start working with straight away and deconstructed what our road to recovery could look like. Definitely someone I would refer to a friend! Thanks Mark :)

We really enjoyed Mark's Puppy School and found the sessions very beneficial both for our puppy and for ourselves as owners. The handout material was a great help in putting the theory into practice between sessions. The sessions were also a helpful early introduction to supervised play with other dogs. I would highly recommend enrolling your puppy as early as possible because classes fill up quickly.
