Budget Car & Truck Rental Burswood

The staff were professional and efficient. They knew exactly what they needed to do to get me in & out quickly.I had arrived a few minutes late and they made efforts to expedite the rental process.They were polite, courteous, and knowledgeable, and the 4.2 metre long tray back truck that I rented was in good running order, clean and easy to drive.They have a great crew working there, both at the front counter, and working behind the scenes at the Burswood Budget Car & Truck Rental Agency.'Corporate' can make the only improvement that I can see room for. I found it very difficult to contact them directly by phone, as the budget Rent-A-Car phone system encumbers the process by directing you to a call centre when you call the local office.

I've enjoyed your service and I'll be using them next week but because of the wet weather I might be A-day or too late but still it's all very good I've enjoyed your service Many thanks RegardVincent

Booked the truck for 4pm pick up.Was called at 4pm to be advised that the shop closes at 4pm (I was on my way)Got there at 4:05pm and was reminded again that they were supposed to be closed at 4pm.I didn’t feel the need to double check your staffed hours on your webpage… I just figured that being 5 mins late on a busy Friday afternoon was acceptable.Maybe don’t take 4pm bookings and take 3:45pm as the last one for the day???

It was great mini bus and will book it for the next trip too. There were few minor issues I would like to highlight 1. Car remote is working time to time. 2. Red dust is everywhere and need a bit more clean. 3. The head light need to be adjusted. It is hard to drive at night. Can see around 10-15 meters of the road with low beam.Thank you so much for helping us by providing a commuter vehicle.

Great experience with Budget. Very accommodating and flexible to suit my needs. Customer service was great and the pick up and drop off was easy and stress free.

On booking truck had a lovely lady who was very helpful from Call Centre. Explained we were travelling 2 hours there and back in Country. On picking up truck from Burswood, Manager was not friendly & helpful. Staff member trying to assist us was pleasant & had to keep asking for help. On getting in truck rearview mirror was falling off, top of rear section of truck lifting up & banging in wind whole way. Gear box kept revving up and changing to 6th gear (even when going up hills). Called on Monday to inform truck was a lemon & very disappointed. Cost $500 for truck and fuel for a few hours work!!! Lady at Call Centre very apologetic and said Manager would call me. Late Tuesday afternoon finally get a call from the Manager who was rude from the start. He has been in industry for over 20 years and he knows trucks lala.. I'm from a farming community and also drive truck & know trucks. No apology just rude arrogant man. WILL NEVER BE DEALING WITH BUDGET AGAIN.

Rude, blunt, pushy staff who are only interested in selling extras like damage excess reduction. Funnily enough then give you a damaged truck to rent. Cheap because then rentals are rubbish and the staff are rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Easy, at the end of the day thats what you want. Easy to book, easy process on pick up and key drop for drop off. Excellent price too. I had one of the newer trucks too so very comfortable! Will definitely book again with budget Burswood
