Worst experience with a pharmacist in my life. I left the shop this morning having extreme anxiety an panic attacks because of how I was spoken to by the female dark hair international pharmacist. She discriminated me in front of the shop she shared all my private information with the lady that works there who is NOT a pharmacist.As I was leaving after she wouldn’t fill my script and she had the medication and I had a script and my dr also wrote a letter for the pharmacist so that there was no confusion, an starting calling me names as I was walking out she started telling the other lady all my personal information calling me namesSo I stood back at the front an said excuse what did u just sayThan she came back around the counter coming towards me extremely ubrubt, I thought she was going to actually attack me started threatening and abusing me.This is NOT how u treat people. I did not once raise my voice I was in complete shock from her behaviour and if there is CCTV footage it would show her coming towards me losing it.She has no idea why some people have to take medications or if they have mental health issue that they can trigger.She definitely should not be a pharmacist and I will certainly be taking this further.The other gentleman pharmacist is a pleasure to deal with.

The pharmacists have dispensed my medications over a period of many years with the greatest proficiency and care They are gems. The Pharmacy is also extremely competitive with pricing and have always price matched without my even asking.
