I worked with Maggie and her team on 4 projects so far, both residential and commercial and I can say that I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to details.The reports and letters to Council are very thorough and the communication with us as architects has been very good.I look forward to working together on future projects!

I foolishly tried to use reason and logic when dealing with my local council with some planning changes to a small industrial unit and got absolutely nowhere. I called in Maggie and Adriano from Plans in Motion as I was stuck with a building I could not use as intended. They stepped in and took council to task, pushing hard for what I actually needed, shooting down every rejection the councils planning department tried use to block what I wanted to do (which was for my own business). In the end, the council granted planning permission for more than I needed and I ended up making no concessions at all from what I wanted to do in the first place. I have no problems recommending Plans in Motion for planning issues, they know where and how to kick through the red tape.

I'm enormously grateful for Maggie's expertise and support. When it comes to property development you need someone in your corner and from the minute I first spoke to Maggie I knew I had to have her on my team. She offers creative solutions and a valuable alternative view to council. Town planners are another expense, but you cannot afford not to recruit PIM. Consider it an investment.

We long dreamed of a small extension into our roof space to create extra storage.
