This place is one massive shed...is jammed packed with items that are good BUT the birds are kept in a tiny room there are no windows just a tiny fan to blows hot air into the room ...l am really surprised they are allowed to sell any pets in that environment ....it was upsetting for me.....they should stick to products not animals or provide a better set up for birds etc

This is my go to pet shop - and I drive 40 mins just to go to this one. The range is unbeatable. From pets to pet products they have pretty much everything. And their prices are very competitive mostly. If their customer service / friendliness improved I'd happily give them 5 stars. But regardless it's well worth the trip there.

Huge selection of smaller birds and bird toys with a few medium-sized birds. Few puppies and a couple kittens. Also a great selection of fish and lizard.When I asked about the ragdoll kittens though, the young bloke couldn't give me any information about them, other than that they came from a breeder and that they're kittens. LoL obviously.Couldn't even tell me what colour they were, chocolate or seal. (Ragdolls grow into their colour over the first 3 - 4 years).We don't get any information about them" was his response then walked off.I'd suggest when selling a premium breed like a ragdoll

Staff are very friendly and helpful, always willing to go out of their way to provide good advice when needed. Only 4 stars because they're quite expensive for many items (significantly more expensive than pet barn for an API fish tank testing kit!).

I've been going to this produce store for many years because I believe in the value of their products. We did have chooks and I bought grain here for them. Now we have guinea pigs and I buy grass hay for the here. I'm very satisfied with this business and would highly recommend them.
