Joseph was friendly and diagnosed my aircon problem quickly. I would definitely take my car there again.

I took my Hilux to Barron River auto electrics as I have used them before when Joseph owned the shop.I knew I had a leaking compressor as I could see the leak at the compressor clutch , I asked Dave for a quote and he said he could buy and I could fit the compressor as he was busy, I had no problem with doing this as I'm a diesel fitter with 23 years experience and have done lots of Air con work, but I don't keep the gear needed for a regas as I work for mining companies that supply.I dropped of my Hilux and asked him to pressure test and vac down and regas.as I was driving away I noticed it wasn't very cold and rang him to let him know, he said bring it back but he didn't seem very happy , I had no time to take back as I had to fly back to work. I got back from work and aircon was totally hot , I took it in and he said he wouldn't offer any discount or refund on the regas cost once we had found the leak that he should of found the first time if he had done what was asked and pressure tested it.Very poor after sale service and very rushed kick it out the door not fixed properly attitude from Dave. I let him know I wasnt happy , He doesn't care and accepts no accountability.
