It’s so good to know I have prioritized my health and #myMumSafetrainer Jody has really helped with that. I walk out of a session tired but knowing I’ve achieved goals and improved every week, it’s such a great feeling!Jody is an amazing Pre and Postnatal certified trainer who has such knowledge of our bodies, and how to get them working at their best. She’s able to adapt exercises if I have an injury or I’m having an off day.I love the laughter with Jody and the other mums, it’s never boring, that’s for sure! Jody has been a great support over the years helping to grow stronger and start things like running.Jody has been an encouragement to make self care a priority and look after myself.

Such a supportive group lead by MumSafe Trainer Louise Hurley. I love how we focus on strength from the inside out- so important for postnatal bodies. Great workouts and the kids can come along too! Much easier to get workouts done when your kids are entertained and everyone out in the sunshine! Great way to start the day. So glad I'm a Strong Mum and so glad she’s a MumSafe trainer!

Great classes, loads of fun and such a healthy way to meet new mums. MumSafe Trainer Louise is qualified in Safe Return to Exercise, she’s an awesome motivator, always encouraging and positive.Lou’s MumSafe classes are the place to go if you want to get fitter, stronger and healthier safely, after having a baby - all in a baby friendly environment.

Lou is an amazing MumSafe trainer who knows how to care for and strengthen postpartum bodies. Not only is her knowledge base great but the classes are totally kid friendly. I am having to do many exercises whilst wearing my 7 month old and she tailors the workout to accommodate for both of our needs (and she even sometimes wears my baby for me). As my daughter changes, as do my workouts.After having my 2nd baby my pelvic floor was extremely weak. I have since been discharged from pelvic floor physio and am getting stronger every day thanks to the knowledge of MumSafe trainers like Lou.Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!!

MumSafe Trainer Caren Van Gastel has made my return to exercise following pregnancy safe and effective. Caren has a wealth of knowledge regarding the post partum body especially pelvic floor health which is so so important! She is always enthusiastic and her work outs are fun and effective. It's also so great that I can take my baby along and if he needs attention Caren always has a baby holding-friendly exercise you can do. I highly recommend joining her programme.

I was looking for a women's fitness group after having my son around the North Kellyville area that would work with my busy mum life. I'm so glad I've found my MumSafe Trainer BeckyD PT because the classes are so perfect, I can bring my son if I need to. I love that it's a full body workout monitored by her experience and focus on women's fitness to get the best out of your session. I love that there is no intimidation and pressure as I'm fresh to getting back into it, she gives you options for your level while still feeling apart of the group. Christine from Mummylicious Fitness on the Gold Coast is amazing! I was nervous to get active again after birth but her Mumsafe workouts are safe and effective and make your entire day feel better. Best way to start the day. She is so motivating and enthusiastic, I am so glad I found her and the girls I have met through the Mumsafe training.

Since working with Jody there are no excuses - I turn up, show up, try, achieve and leave!I love how I feel! I love how building up my upper back muscles has helped my lower back. And even though daily work around the house is busy, my body feels strong to achieve it!I love the personal sessions!I love that my kids are accepted and I don't need to leave them!I love that Jody checks in each morning to see where I am at!I have really enjoyed my sessions with you Jody and will always recommend you as #myMumSafetrainer that respects womens' bodies for what they are.

Anita was an amazing part of 'my tribe' as she called it , helping me stay fit and healthy through my pregnancy, and returning to health post birth.
