I’m giving 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars. I ordered some dry snow flakes for my daughters first birthday. The owner of the company “Dean Sunshine” took my order on Wednesday. Never told me that it had to be paid in full and the invoice said C.O.D which means CASH ON DELIVERY. I went through and found in the fine print it had to be paid before it was dispatched. I email the director on Thursday to say I would be paying it that day and I had no response. Just silence. I got caught up with my daughters first birthday that I forgot to put the transaction through. I called their office first thing on Friday morning and spoke to the receptionist there Bianca I apologised for not having done the payment yet and asked if it was too late to have it delivered on the Friday. I was told that Dean was overseas holidaying at the moment and she wasn’t actually told about my order at all and she had to find it. It took her a few minutes before she even found my order. Once located she advised me that it was still fine to be delivered on the Friday I just had to pay for it and send the remittance. I asked her to give me the email where I could send it seeing as though Dean was overseas and she advised me that his email address was fine as she had access to it. I said to save me calling back in 2 minutes I told her I was doing it right now and to keep her eyes peeled for the remittance in the next 5 minutes. She happily said ok. I didn’t hear back until 3;30pm that day to which I called and asked what time would the snow be delivered. She was confused and sounded like she realised she had forgotten about me. Put me on a very long hold. And when she came back she told me that “my remittance slowly came through and she just got it” and that it was too late for a truck to deliver it that day and it would be delivered on Monday. I told her Monday is useless to me as the party was Saturday and I was very frustrated how my order was handled. After. A Lot of back and forth and a LOT of frustration on my behalf and refusal to put my order on an Uber to send it to me (as they didn’t want to be out of pocket even though they stuffed my order up) she finally agreed to put it on an Uber. I then had a call from what I assume was Deans brother as he was also a “Sunshine” to attack me and tell me that it was my fault because I emailed the wrong email address knowing dean was overseas. When I advised him that was the email I was told to send my remittance to he went quiet and said oh he wasn’t aware of that detail. I then woke up to an essay from dean himself this morning again trying to find ways to blame me. This company has taken absolutely no responsibility for a single one of their actions that led to this situation I have had not one single apology for having to deal with such a drama the night before my daughters birthday in fact I’m continuously being contacted by the directors being blamed for “abusing their staff” and also being sarcastically asked that if I wanted my order so badly why I didn’t pay for it earlier. Well Mr Dean Sunshine I hope you enjoyed your holiday. But your lack of communication is unprofessional I think you need to take a customer service course. You do not contact your customers in that way. And I haven’t even heard of an apology. Steer clear of the “snow masters”

We’ve hired a snow machine from snowmasters the last couple of years for our queens birthday weekend party here in Melbourne. Dean and co have been a great to deal with and quick to respond to any queries, drop off and pick up etc. Machines are easy to use and have a great effect. Would highly recommend

My daughter had an winter ice party for her 8th birthday and Dean assisted with the hire of a snow machine for the event. The kids loved it and the party was a super success!

I've been using snowMasters products for few years now in my snow project and everything has always been great. But this year overtake the expectation upgrading the SnowStorm machine with a new regulation system. Awesome. The fluid also makes a huge difference in terms of eco and safety issues.The owner can be strict but it's always fair and plays by the rules and you always know where he stands. Great company to deal with, especially if you are a professional and you want to be sure that you can deliver what you offered.

Dean at Snowmasters is really good to deal with. I bought some acrylic snow for my White Christmas fundraiser and it was a great effect.

The team at SnowMasters helped us create a magical finale for our Coolangatta Christmas Carols. The quality of service and the product itself were exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The machines were easy to use and we were able to manage them ourselves without any trouble. We were able to create a magical experience with SNOW on Coolangatta Beach which the crowds absolutely loved and had never seen before. Families young and old stayed around to enjoy the light fluffy snow falling around them at the end of our Christmas Carols. Definitely a crowd favourite! We would highly recommend them to any event companies looking for a special finale or snow show.

We hired a snow machine and purchased faux snow products from Dean and his team for my daughters birthday party. Dean and his team provided an excellent service, and promptly delivered the product following payment.
