Renovations look great, less crowded now, trains are generally on time though can be delayed a lot.

If you get off a train at platform 1 or 2 and want to transfer to platform 3 just be aware the arrow directing you to platform 3 is facing the opposite direction that it should be.. almost missed my train. Could be a real pain for someone less mobile.

Blackburn is now a terminus! Which takes some of the congestion away from Box Hill, which is already congested enough. Beautiful station and has some great facilities. Passenger Information Displays (PID's) have been upgraded to tell how long after the train arrives that it will leave. Beautiful old signal box too, just at the south station entrance.

The ingenuity of the staff alone gets a 5/5. Their dedication to providing hand wash in the women's bathroom is second to none.

What this station needs isthe passenger waiting area to be enclosed and the toilets totally redone.The new lifts are now operational.Lots of surveillance cameras are in place and hopefully operating.Several pumps were installed in the passenger access tunnel, so hopefully this will resolve the flooding issue when there is very heavy rain.The passenger access tunnel is almost finished although the platform information signs have yet to be put in place at the end of the tunnels.The signs ensure that passengers know when platform 3 is in use.(not stuck on the wrong platform when a train comes).

was waiting for a meteor shower here on saturday, it didnt come but me and my friends messed around and had fun because the station was well lit and safe. good station
