I have an older Brother embroidery machine and it was difficult to find a replacement bobbin holder. I tried everywhere. Echidna Sewing recommended a different bobbin holder and said it should fit. AND IT DID. I am over the moon. The machine is useful again. Thank you so much Echidna Sewing.

Alec Moss what a gentleman and all the staff from Echidnah img they go above and beyond. I especially want to thank Alec Rachel and Hayle always so kind and extremely helpful no matter how often I ask questions. This would have to be the shop in all of Australia. Please please if you need a sewing or embroidery machine only buy from Echidnah they look after you and especially their after serving is just tooo good to be beloved. Ask for Alec he is the sweetest man and he knows his stuff. I’m so great full to him. Wow what a man what a man he is. I can’t thank them enough. Toni

only because negative stars are impossible. Company is discriminatory in practices. Won't provide service to loyal longstanding customers, despite alternative provisions being offered. Refusing to service unimmunisable customers is Punitive behaviour.

I had my juki and brother dreamweaver serviced by Brad. My machine has never sewn or sounded so good when sewing. I cant thank you enough for the fantsatic service. I will be back with referrals to. Thanks again

I so love having a branch of Echidna Sewing in Melbourne because the range of products is awesome and I like to look and feel things before I purchase them! The staff are so helpful and you can also get your sewing machine fixed!
