I don't think I've ever had a single appointment they didn't mess up in some way. Scheduling me on days I've specifically said I'm working or studying, getting my benefits suspended by not marking me as attended, forgetting appointments altogether, promising phone appointments and then scheduling me for face to face anyway.They have done absolutely nothing to find me a job. Not only have they never looked at my resume with me or talked about my abilities, they have lost my resume three times when provided. They couldn't even get me a four- week unpaid position I agreed to!Their clients are obviously just numbers they mark as having attended so they get paid by the government, no concern with actually getting people into work. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I was started on study with them and told i had to complete 25hrs a fortnight for it. It turned out to be 25hrs a week. The most annoying part is appointments get scheduled and cancelled without any notice which stuffs me over since i dont drive.
