Birdwing Bed & Breakfast

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Birdwing Bed and Breakfast! The food was delicious and the room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. We were quite taken with the beautiful artwork and photographs spread around the home, and the warm hospitality of Fritz and Annie. We enjoyed our evening walk around the property, with stunning views and many places to explore. We would have liked to stay longer and will definitely go back the next time we visit Tasmania! I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling through this beautiful region!

A hidden gem, and a home away from home. Best BnB we’ve ever stayed in. You stay here and you realise that *this* is what a BnB is truly meant to be like. Breakfast is delicious, the bed is so comfortable and the personal touches in the room are incomparable. Wifi isn’t the strongest in the room but this is actually the reminder that you need to unplug, sometimes! In the evenings we listened to the radio and read and talked. A great place to stay, that truly made our holiday special. Thank you.

Beautiful place that's actually quite well located for trips to Cradle Rock, Deloraine and other things in the area. Fritz is a very nice and kind host - would recommend!

This place is not easy to find but the host was so friendly and the deco inside are so cosy, really love here!!! The room very clean, comfortable and beautiful! the most impressive thins is the breakfast they provided are all homemade and so delicious. highly recommended!
