I went to Tiffany boutique in Perth for the first time and purchased a perfume... I felt very welcome and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable... If only I live in the city, I think I will always purchase from them...❤ PS. Thank you for my lunar red envelopes they are beautiful.. i love them...❤

Last month I visited Tiffany’s to purchase a necklace for my birthday. It was an amazing experience! Crystal was the best sales professional - friendly, helpful, funny and very warm and genuine. The store was beautiful and the jewellery was gorgeous, but Crystal made it the wonderful experience it was. Thank you!!

Had such a great experience with Tiffany’s service I had to share. My necklace that was purchased nearly 2 years ago was having some issues with staining on the pendant and the chain was stretched. Took it in to see Abby, necklace was back in exactly 2 weeks like they told me. With a brand new chain and the pendant had been deeply buffed and polished, it looks brand new. All complimentary. This is exactly how designer services should be!

Tiffany & Co have moved...!!! The new shop is located in RAINE SQUARE, next to LOUIS VUITTON on Murray Street.... I had to update my review...Nestled among some of the most exquisite Boutiques and Jewellers in Perth, Tiffany & Co is a classic example of what you may find in Raine Square’s 'Upmarket' Shopping Precinct. Next time you’re in the City check it out..The staff are always very friendly and extremely helpfull, their knowledge of what they are selling is also quite impressive, especially when there is so much to choose from. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Tiffany & Co for those searching for something unique and exquisite.The staff were so great when I asked them if they would mind if I took some photos of the new shop, they were more than happy to let me snap away, Thank you...

10/10 service. 2 visits now and both times had the pleasure to be looked after by Neta.Made both experiences a breeze and continued to go way over and above to make sure to cover every request, including keeping the colour of a bracelet a surprise for a gender reveal and then letting me arrange a purchase and engraving, over text, whilst nursing my newborn premmy baby!Products were great but service outshined both times!

My husband brought me a ring a year ago for an anniversary present. At the time we were extremely happy with the service. They made me feel very special and we loved the ring.Unfortunately after 7 months the ring split so I took it back. They sent it away for repairs after 6 weeks I rang them only to find out the ring had been back some time, but they had my number wrong . Even though they had all the original details with my husband's number and email we had had no contact! Anyway went to pick it up and it didn't fit it was now a size smaller than the original ring. So once again sent away for resizing this time. 2 weeks later I get a phone call to say it can't be resized as it will compromise the ring..... Is that what happened before.?? But I can have a sleeve put in and wear it on a different finger! I explained I didn't want it on a different finger I would just have my money back thank you. That was a week ago still waiting for a response!! I expected so much more from Tiffany's
