Sarah was the best assistant that i ever met. Just got 2 amazing products which i was so wanted and needed, thanks to Sarah who was so lovely, very helpful, sweet and easy to communicate. Just so thankful helping me out nicely.

Had a very good experience with lovely store manager Monique. I was having communication issues with a few staff members from Online Customer support, and needed a specific product that not all Meccas had.Monique was so lovely, professional & responsive, accommodating my concerns and resolved it all so seamlessly.Highly recommend this particular shop when browsing for Mecca products/services.Excellent customer serviceI was also served by another lovely young lady with colourful hair that I cannot remember the name unfortunately, she was also a joy.Thanks ladies, happy customer <3

Fantastic store with lost of products and brands to choose from. You can definitely find colours you like in here for lippy, blush, foundation etc. The staff were very helpful too. Definitely my go to store for make-up now.

I've always had a very pleasant experience at the Hurstville Mecca, and yesterday was no exception. Big shout out to the 3 lovely staff members who helped this indecisive gal. Special thanks to Ashley who took the time to listen to my skin concerns and needs and to shade match me, all to perfection. This store has really set the standard for me!

I never give reviews but a massive shout out to Zora who helped me over the phone today. I needed some gifts set aside, packed away for my husband to pick up as i couldnt go into the store myself and she was so knowledgeable on helping me decide which perfume to purchase. She was able to describe in words what it would smell like, I did ask for her to spray it in a test paper but instead she included a little sample for me - it was a lovely surprise!

How lucky was I to be assisted by Ashley today at Mecca Hurstville. She was knowledgeable, skilled and knows the products. Ash truely listened to my needs and just understood what I wanted to achieve with makeup. She was so patient to show me how to draw my brows and wrote down tips (for me as a guide) on how to best use the contour palate on my type of face. I was happy to purchase all the products shown to me as it would make my makeup routine so much easier! My brows, have never looked so good! Thanks Ash!

Came in today and had the lovely Zora assist me. She is so knowledgeable about the products, from makeup to skincare. She listened to everything I wanted and made sure I was buying and trying products that were suitable for my skin. Best experience in a mecca store by far! I never write reviews but after todays experience, I had to.

Hi,I came in to Mecca with 5 kids who wanted to try and learn about make up and skin care products.As soon as we arrived, Ashley greeted us warmley with a beautiful smile.I asvised the girls wanted to have a look and asked if it was okay for the gorls to venture around the shop. Ashley was extremely accommodating and help the gorls to a fantastic visit.Thank you Ashley, you are a star. We will definitely come back after such amazing treatment.Ayla and the girls❤️

I cannot tell you how happy I was to be helped by Pip. She was one of the most helpful and most kind people I've ever met. I was picking a gift out for a friend and she guided me through so many different options and she knew so much about everything in the store. I just wanted to thank her for helping me find the best gift and being one of the nicest workers in the store
