Do not buy anything from this company. They’ve got no stock to ship but will still take your money. When you request for a refund they will go silent. Have to request a chargeback for my orders. Bunch of thiefs I should have checked the reviews before buying anything because it is a common practice for them to sell things when they don’t even have stock

Despite the previous negative reviews, my experience was good. Received item as ordered 3 days after ordering. Only negative was I had no idea it was in transit or had been delivered. So was sitting outside until we got home. Dispatch information should be sent to customers.

Ordered parts at 1:30am on a Monday for pickup. Received email at 3pm the same day that items are ready to be collected. Collected items at 9:15am the next day (Tuesday). Very happy with the way things went. The price of the items purchased was very competitive. Thank you Velogear for great service and products. Will buy from again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Should have read the reviews before purchasing from this place. Ordered on Monday and have emailed them time and time again stating I need to pickup my order by Friday as I have a race on the weekend.They have repeatedly assured me this would be ready on Friday. Friday comes around and nothing, no communication, no order, no email.A complete waste of time.This ladies and gentlemen is how an e-commerce business can deliver horrible customer experience.

If I could give minus 5 stars I would!Not a great experience shopping with Velogear. The essential and critical parts missing from the initial delivery and then posting said parts to wrong address.How hard is it to ship and deliver correct orders and read clear request instructions!!!I would not recommend shopping with Velogear; poor attention to detail and very poor customer service when they mess up the order causing significant problems and stress to the customer.I am a very unhappy customer and will not shop with Velogear again.

I ordered a couple of Schwalbe tyres from Velogear just over a week ago without reading the reviews. Once reading the reviews I was worried about delivery time. It also didn't help the contact details are at a gmail email and no contact phone. I tried to get into my account on the website but could access it. I tried the forgot my password button, but this did nothing. After 2 days my package was posted, and reached Adelaide after ordering on the Monday. I probably would have had it on the Friday if it weren't for the Easter break. So overall, the price was reasonable, the postage was quick and I received what I ordered. The website could be significantly improved, and access to your account would add a bit more confidence, so they lost a Star for that, but my item was posted promptly and got what I paid for. Thanks

same as so many people here, my order has never been sent for almost 1.5 weeks now. I requested a refund and cancellation of my order and no reply to my emails AT ALL! This is a scam as their stock on the website is fake!!!! (it allows me to order 1000 of them ???) They also have a related company called the bicycle store so DO NOT ever order from them!!! Please read google reviews before you buy anything online.

Made an online purchase. Velogear accepted my cash then emailed me to say sorry we don't have what you ordered in stock, despite us advertising otherwise, oh & we aren't restocking either. 10 days later and I'm still chasing them to return my money. I'd think twice before doing business with these guys.

Had absolutely fantastic experience with ordering from their online shop, the parcel was posted immediately and I received it very promptly. I also received a tracking number on my email so did not experience any issues tracking the parcel's whereabouts.
