It was a pleasure to enter the shop. It was bright and beautifully decorated with all the toys a child would want in there play room. It will be a regular drop in for me, with 9 grandchildren.

Great products! I purchased 5 bean bags with the embroidered names on them! What amazing bean bags they are! My kids and nephews and niece love them! Quick dispatch! And the customer service I received was 5star! I had a slight issue that they resolved quickly and without hesitation. I definitely recommend this company and I will be purchasing things from them in the future without a doubt, keep up the great customer service and products! Love it :)

I bought a play kitchen for my son for Christmas and lots of other items for said kitchen from Hipkids. I just went to assemble it (since we had no where to hide a large item before this) and half of the needed items to assemble the kitchen are missing. There are no screws, hardware or sink, so we literally cannot put it together whatsoever. The fact that this was sold to us (at not a cheap cost) and has this serious of an issue is terrible business.

Would leave no stars if possible. This store has TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered online and a month later, my item still hasn’t arrived.They refuse to offer any assistance or refund.However, after my follow up, they contact Aus Post and have the parcel returned to sender??! But I’m still yet to receive a refund. What a joke. They are obnoxious and rude, and have zero care.Shop elsewhere. This store is beyond bad.

Such a terrible online shopping experience! Ordered the Benji Toy Box as well as the House Toy Box a few days ago. Both arrived with damaged boxes and some of the parts inside were faulty. Customer service wasn’t really helpful although they wrote us 2 very long emails. Wasted our money on their products and only a refund would make it up to us.

Hipkids are a wonderful company to deal with. My daughter loved her ride on unicorn, and I have recommended them to everyone that has stopped us to ask where we got it....ALOT of people! The shipping tracking was provided immediately and the unicorn arrived within days of placing the order. Thanks guys!! The party was a hit xx

Never again. Zero customer service. Worst customer service team I have encountered. A person by the name “Kelly” would not resolve my issue-that being they sent me a damaged packaged item that had been opened and the only solution they said was to return it back to them for a refund- of course I would be paying the shipping cost!! Terrible! I would not purchase from this company again. Plus ridiculous shipping costs. Go elsewhere.

This isn't a 1 star review its a 0 star review. After paying for this product on the 26th it was only shipped on the 1st (7 days later.) When it arrived it couldn't be assembled because the parts didn't fit and were incomplete. After many emails and insistence they have now shipped me replacement parts, making this first birthday gift almost 4 weeks late and still not complete.I paid extra for personalisation, which to be fair is not 'personalisation' it's just a sticker. Hipkids insist on printing their stickers in batches separately and posting separately which is not made obvious on the product page when you purchase it. Mine never arrived, 3 weeks after the toy has arrived Hipkids are refusing to refund me the $13.38 I paid for it. And when politely asked to reconsider this - they refer you to their terms and conditions.I purchased from Hipkids because they are a Melbourne based business. But the service was slow, the posting of items separate and inconsistent and the item came clearly labelled in a box direct from China.

Customer Service on faulty or misrepresentation items is poor, looking at other low reviews, similar problem with communication through the online service is very one way for the business.Recently purchased a yellow steel wagon, the product delivered was not yellow, it was an orange mustard colour. We contacted Hip Kids, provided photos of paint samples and other yellow items we had at home. We were advised the item was yellow, when clearly it is not.HK offered an exchange at our expense, but dispatch of new wagon would be straight away by Thea, we explained our granddaughter is unwell and her birthday was in 6 days,we receive another email from Kelly saying it will be processed like all other orders.3 days and still no dispatch of the exchange, yet we were able to organize overnight express delivery from Adelaide to VIC of the yellow (faulty wagon.) Very disappointed with the online service, no accountability. We have raised the complaint with ACCC of misrepresentation of colour.
