Words cannot express how grateful I am to have had the help and support of Jeff and the team at Taylor & Forgie at this very difficult time in our lives. Professional, kind and compassionate- every little detail was taken care of to ensure the day went as well as it possibly could have. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We are so very grateful for Taylor & Forgie and specifically John who we worked with to prepare all the arrangements for our loved one.John’s care throughout the preparations, the many emails back and forth and assisting myself with how to close a ceremony, as I honoured my father in law by running the service was faultless.John knows what he is doing and can be trusted to ensure your loved one receives the utmost care and your family are respected every step of the way.The team who work at the front desk when we attended multiple times in the lead up were kind, organised and helpful, also very welcoming.Thank you for employing people with compassion, empathy and kindness, they make this difficult time that little bit less difficult.Thank you John for all you did for us, we appreciate you and the team who assisted with todays service.

Ben and the staff at Taylor & Forgie were outstanding. Never did I think that funeral directors could have had such an influence on someone's life. But they have on mine. Never will I forget Ben walking in the rain and leading my husband's funeral car onto Adelaide Road after the service. Chris would have been so proud, as was I. The perfect send-off. Family circumstances made arranging a funeral for Mum more challenging than it normally would have been. Lina was amazing and such a support to my brother and me throughout the arranging, and the dayof, the funeral. Cannot thank her enough. Robyn, the celebrant that Lina arranged, was also fantastic. So compassionate and helpful. We would not have got through it without this help.

Taylor & Forgie went above and beyond the care we needed at this sad time. Nothing was too much to ask and as a family we felt they genuinely cared about us.

the service came together well n venue is a lovely spot to farewell relatives.

My aunties funeral was Thursday not happy at all it's so out of date can't even use a usb for music and photos unless they rip you off by paying them thank God I don't live there
