My daughter and I just had a deluxe pedicure. It was amazing!Staff and lovely and very professional. We are feeling very pampered.

Amazing service and wonderful after care. My shoes had an issue and they replaced them for me with new ones. I have never been so well looked after. Thank you so much. Will definitely be recommending to all.

Owner is so rude, such a horrible place to walk into. I was wanting to buy a new pair of Birkenstocks, and the owner who served me was not friendly, gave me shoes to try on then walked away to talk to someone, I ended up walking out because i felt so horrible, I ended up purchasing else where.

I really do not like to give reviews if not positive, but I felt I had to warn people. I had the most horrible experience here with the owner. It left me in tears and I am a grown woman! So nasty. Wouldn’t go back ever. Be careful.

A lovely friendly and helpful place particularly if you find it difficult to find comfortable shoes. Staff are extremely helpful.

Purchased shoes from this business and I had to call back because they did not apply the 10% welcome discount that was advertised and I had applied. I was spoken to so rudely. I don't believe that I've had customer service that bad before. I would recommend supporting other businesses instead of this one. Will never be shopping here again.

Just had an abusive personal ph call from owner questioning my good intentions of a package I purchased from her for Xmas present. I am in disbelief a business owner would phone a customer to abuse them and accuse their family or of being horrible. My Mother is 74 and had nothing but praises for the massage service person. I have spent hundreds of dollars in this store and was treated very nice when handing over money. However when it comes to honouring the services it seems to be a very different attitude. I have never had this experience from a business owner before and definitely won't be back!

The service was so excellent I am leaving my first ever Google review. Purchasing a pair of shoes gets you 1/2 off for an hour-long foot massage and pedicure which was so fantastic I also got a 30-minute massage. I've gotten massages at various places from around the world and this was one of the best I've ever had (I would have done longer if she wasn't booked up). All the staff are so kind and go above and beyond. I would be a regular if I lived in the area. It's worth the trip to Townsville just to experience House of Florian. I am already looking forward to coming back! Thank you!!

First...colour scheme is excellent...to me the way a shop presents is 50% of my engagement...I'm no Brad Pitt but if staff are not tidy and dressed to elicit my trust (weight, gender, body shape age, etc don't matter to me) ...I do not buy...this only applies to clothing etc shops, I expect a mechanic to have grease under his fingers and being carrying an oily rag...chippie to be wearing a tool belt & work boots, etc...or I'm not convinced.This shop had the right presentation, staff were dressed in a way that said...we care about ourselves and you...engaging, interested in my needs, the decor and layout were lovely and the products were excellent quality. My selection was in stock and fitting was thoughtful.Prices were a tad high but you get what you pay for...I will always pay more for quality & service....thanks House of Florian! My first visit but definitely not my last!!!
