I’ve been coming here ( professional nails- Hornsby) since couple of years ago. There’s a bubbly older lady here that unfortunately has happened to have done my nail a few times … I find her rude and passive aggressive.. she just pushes things to you and pushes ur hand away , as if she’s about to hit you.., I have never been so stressed out getting my nails done.No manners. I told her that I come here a lot and she ignored me then laughed. So rude. Before that she asked something and I responded and she looked away and ignored… and kept being passive aggressiveJust remember , if you provide a disgusting service , 1. There’s too many competition around you and people stop coming 2. There is Google review so your rude manner will be spread ..

The technicians here are not as good as they used to be. My last visit in particular was so painful. The woman was really hurting me when she was filing and when I complained she looked really exasperated. It was a rush job.

WORST NAIL SALON IN AUSTRALIA. DO NOT GO!!! My mother was visiting me from overseas so I thought I’d take her to the nearest nail salon to my place, little did I know, I should’ve done my research because this was the worst salon experience I’ve had in my entire life. They told me and my mom to wait for 10-15 minutes but ended up starting after half an hour. The girl that was doing my nails was extremely rude and disrespectful- she almost made my fingernails bleed with the way she was cutting my cuticles. She kept on being passive aggressive with me and pushed and shoved everything while I was trying my best to stay calm. She was laughing and speaking in her own language, and eavesdropped into me and my mother’s conversation, providing disrespectful remarks. My mum was sitting beside me for another 15 minutes while they went on to the next customer and just ignored the fact that my mother was waiting for 45 minutes. They went on to start my mother’s nails after a gruelling hour long wait without even asking her what she wanted. The end result was the worst bit, my cuticles are hard and crusty, I paid a premium price for something that could be better achieved at home. Never ever going there again, and I hope they learn that bad customer service is gonna result in them losing all their customers!

I don’t recommend this nail salon. I’ve given this place the benefit of the doubt on a few occasions, however today will be the last day.It’s a very simple- no. I will no longer be going to this place. She hurt my finger, scraping at the skin saying it’s because my nails are short. My nails are now wonky and different shapes. Clear shellac not evenly painted. So disappointing.I thought getting your nails done was supposed to be a relaxing pampering experience. Something that I’ve never experienced at this salon.

THIS STORE DOES NOT MEET HYGIENE STANDARDS!went to get my nails done, already hesitant about germs. i literally killed two dust bugs/food bugs in the 40 min that i was sitting in the chair. this place is totally unhygenic, VERY UNproffesionail, and did not produce a good quality set of SNS nails clearly due to lack of training and hygiene. if you get ANYTHING done here, please make sure they are using clean products and tools. they should be closed down in my opinion. i have no clue what is happening behind those back walls in the store but it must be pretty unsanitary for them to have the bugs come through the store room and into the store. which is deep within the shopping centre, so would definitely not be coming from the front entrace and the center.

I arrived as a walk in and asked to return in an hour as they were busy. I made an appointment to return as suggested by the staff member for an hours time. I returned on time and was told to take a seat, where I remained for another 25 mins without so much of a glance my way. I then left. Don’t bother with this place…there are many better much less neglectful places out there that are willing to take your money. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!!

I have been going to Professionail for over a year now and they are the most amazing business. Linda (owner) and her staff are so lovely, have incredible attention to detail with designs and take such amazing care of my nail health. I would not trust anyone else with my nails. Thank you ladies for all your hard work!

Appalling. Made an appointment, but was made to wait 45 minutes (on a Monday afternoon). When I was eventually seen to, the lady was rude and kept yelling at me to sit still even though I wasn’t moving. Left paying a premium price, and the worst nails I’ve ever seen. You could drive a truck in the space between my cuticles and where the acrylic nail begins. Please don’t waste your time or money on going to this place.

I have tried a few nail salons around hornsby and I have found that this one is the best for me. I find it clean, the girls really nice and happy to do what you ask and do their best. I have been coming here for the last year and I don’t think I could go anywhere else. The times I have been to another salon, I find myself comparing them to Professnail.
