A great place to get bits and pieces for the van. If they don't have something in stock, they can usually get it in, if they can't get it in, you're in trouble. Staff always happy and friendly and always willing to help.

Bought Sirocco Fans months ago for our van and finally got around to installing them, only to discover 1 was faulty. Called and spoke to Brendan and within a day had a replacement sent to us even though we are at the other end of the state. Awesome service.

Incredibly disappointing service!!!The only part of our experience that was positive was putting down a deposit. When we went to collect the van it wasn’t ready, they were drilling into the side of the van for the anti flap kit - not a good look as they rushed us into the office to take our money! Van was a disgrace, not clean and had MULTIPLE ISSUES!Our sales manager that we had liaised with wasn’t there for handover, however, when I contacted him regarding our issues his response was ‘Wow that’s way more than I thought??’.We spent the next few months liaising with the service department so that the van could come back and be fixed in a timely manner. All parts were ‘ordered’ and were meant to be there ready for replacement. First week our van was there nothing was done, we had to follow up constantly to get any form of update. Given the issues shouldn’t have been there in the first place it was very disappointing. The parts that we were told had been ordered were not there at all.We now have the van back (still has issues to be addressed) but we can’t get anyone to reply to emails or take our calls. So disappointing. Paid full price for a second hand van!As we said to the team, we understand that things happen, however, when they had the van there for repairs that was their chance to rectify our appalling experience, however, none of that happened.Take your money elsewhere.

I would give a 0 if I could.Absolutely disgusted in sales and service team. Purchased a “new” caravan for it to turn out like a second hand van with poor quality control issue and manufacturer defects. It took over 6months to get the van in for them to repair the issue and we still had to chase for updates. Upon pickup for warranty repairs, they stated they hadn’t fix the issues as they couldn’t get the parts (which they said they “order and had in stock for the repairs”) and or fitted parts which still had issue.Since we picked up the van from the “repairs”they will not respond to emails or phone calls. Unfortunately now going to have to take the matters further which is disappointing when spending $70k.1st jayco purchase AND DEFINITELY THE LAST. Grant and Clark, you have my number.UPDATE. had one replied email AND NOW CAN NOT GET AN ANSWER.

Purchased a van not overly happy with the sales support. We felt once they took our money the sales person didn't want to no us.Had to get some repairs done 3 mth wait very poor
