Grand view? Sorry no view whatsoever due to overgrown and unkept bushes.Venue was extremely dirty and run down, toilets were revolting. Surface layer grime and mould on most surfaces.Waited over an hour for food and the place didn’t seem overly busy. The food was average and what I would expect for a pub meal.This could be a fantastic pub due to the location and size but desperately needs a large scale refurbishment and some money spent on it.

Really lovely meal. Got the $16 Steak, chips and salad and it was excellent. Would recommend it to everyone to go and try it on a Tuesday night. Great service

Celebration of life for my mother. Jeff and the functions staff provided unnassuming care and service. We felt very comfortable from the start of the process and nothing was too difficult. Affordable food and beverage. Beautiful setting and outlook. Thankyou for helping us make a celebration out of sad circumstances. Would higly recommend.

Grand view was excellent to hold our singles & group event. Had a great time & good music. We have more events planed at the Grand view.. excellent spot to enjoy yourself.

A spectacular place to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon.This place pumps on the weekend, and this visit was no exception.Yet there are heaps of tables and room for all (be aware though, not all tables are undercover....ours was on the grass under a lovely tree. Might have been a totally different experience if it was raining or stinking hot).Even though this place was pumping, we had our meals about 35 - 40 mins after ordering).But boy oh boy... They were worth the wait.Exceptional... Complements to the chef.Pictures are of the fish of the day, their slow cooked lamb shanks... And mine was the Barramundi.The skin was well seasoned and crispy, yet also melt in the mouth. Sooo well cooked. Still moist and full of flavour.The lamb shanks cane out with this crisp fried onion on top, which gave a crunch to the tender meat and a nice little salty hit as well.Absolutely lovely experience.Well done.

Sorry to say, but the Grandview is not to standard like it once was. Very dirty, chairs all had bird poo that I cleaned. Floors were uncleaned. Chairs, table are old and uncleaned. Food was terrible. What is going on guys? Pick up you act...

when we arrived we were pointed in the direction to go to our table they gave us a menu!! we got lost we went back and asked where to go and got directed to a table!! we looked at the menu and I sent my partner to ask how we order!! this should of happened if we were showed to our table, we were sitting out side partner had to try to light heater because we had no service!! guess what lasted a minute partner had to find some one to fix!! 20 minutes later the heater was lit!! Once we found out where to order we ordered dinner garlic pizza nice, received $ 46 rump steak i ordered medium rare and arrived medium well!! had to go and find someone to collect my meal to take it back for a medium rare, my partners fish was nice chips were just warm! Once i received my meal it was nice!! customer service was. slow average!! the person that receives a guest should seat the guest! and the water staff should not stand around and do nothing they should move around and be present!! very disappointed!! very old hotel with character brought down by customer service!

Love the location of this place. The service is always good and the food is consistently good. The atmosphere isn't always great and the furniture is tired and run down. Venue could use some money spent on it, but we still love it.

Haven't been for a few years. It used to have a bit of atmosphere. It was taken over a couple of years ago. Now, it feels a bit flat and tatty. A boring paint job inside hasn't helped. But it's still an interesting building and large outside area.
