This is a delightful, little yarn shop with kind and helpful staff. I loved the selection of lace weight yarn, which I often have difficulty finding elsewhere.

The Granny Square is a beautiful craft oasis in downtown Katoomba. Jenny and her staff are lovely, helpful with so much knowledge. It is clear that Jenny loves what she does as the vibe in the shop is inspiring. So lucky to have this little gem nearby.

Fantastic knitting supply shop, so much choice of yarn and needles.The lady on the counter was so friendly and willing to lend some helpful advice for a beginner like me (very pink knits was a fabulous learning suggestion).

I love this store! So much choice and all of their wool is of the highest quality. The staff are so helpful. They are more than happy to listen to your project ideas and make helpful recommendations. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality. I drove from Penrith to Katoomba just to check it out and I wasn't disappointed. The parking was okay too. Street parking in Katoomba is difficult but this is located on a side street off the main drag so there is parking right outside the door. I will definitely be back.
