We have just had 3x metres of garden soil delivered by Alan.What an amazing job he did at tipping it off for me as I needed it placed behind a new barrier and mindful of new turf just laid. Talk about precision!! He would be one of the most obliging friendly people you could come across. Paul. in the office has been so helpful in organising it all.Thank you so much. Sales staff dont understand being friendly is a good attribute . Seem to treat customers as dumb people if you ask a basic friendly question.Loader driver today dumps soil on trailer from way too high . No repect for the trailer. Some didnt even land on it when it could have if he tried . Doubt i would go back . Does seem empty often for a good reason

Worst service I have ever come across. I ordered some pebbles and they said Thursday it would be ready. I called Thursday morning to see if they were in and they said yes, rocked up to get the pebbles and they told me they weren't in yet, I told them I called earlier to see if they were in and they said they had them over the phone but they just shrugged me off and were incredibly rude. I had to postpone the job for another day due to these guys stuffing me around.other times I called about other products they hung up on me while talking to them, they never seemed interested in helping, always looking constantly annoyed.I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

The rudest, most unhappy staff anywhere.I've used these guys plenty of times and everytime the staff get worse.Today was my limit. I arrived at 5 minutes to close which I know is a bit annoying for staff. But I knew exactly what I wanted. They had me loaded and out the door with 1 minute to spare. But the attitude for being near closing was next level.Then to get out the driveway they had already closed the gate (5 minutes early) the guy stood at the other gate looking at me but not indicating to drive out the entry.Took every bit of self control not to say anything as I drove past his angry faceI will never use this place ever again

We have used Mansell's for years for landscaping products, stones and mulch etc for the garden. Sometimes we fill our ute up, sometimes we use buckets, and a couple of times we have used their delivery service. Today I went into the shop to look at their mulch to get some delivered, and Allan was so helpful, he talked me thru the choices, he walked over to the big bins with me, so that I could make an informed choice, and then he also delivered it for me, and got it all on the drop sheet, right where I wanted it! He was also super friendly, thanks Allan :)
