I did read the reviews before going to Koh I Nur and decided to make up my own mind.The food was authentic, very tasty and portion sizes were spot on, the best nann bread freshly cooked.Service was fast and friendly, water was supplied upon sitting down.We chose to sit outside and experience the street atmosphere of 8th Ave, and join in with other patrons doing the same. Be quick for seating.We took the opportunity to purchase a bottle of wine from across the street which topped the night perfectly.

The worst butter chicken flavour that I’ve ever had and the fact that they couldn’t do any breast meat in any meal was a shame. The thigh meal and what comes with that meat really turning me right off the meal.They asked us if we wanted takeout containers for the half that we left in the bowls when we even left food on our plates that we just couldn’t eat.A big waste of money eating here.I told them that we didn’t like both of the dishes we ordered however they won’t interested in knowing.We won’t be back.

It is not so common to find an establishment that is run with passion, customer care and attention to detail like this restaurant. Excellent food, attentive and caring staff and a cosy atmosphere. As vegans, we were really pampered. If you have special dietary requirements and choose this place, let them know in advance and they will cater for you right through to dessert. Cheap prices, you cannot want more.

We enjoyed a holiday at Palm Beach in 2017 and found KOH-I-NUR quite by accident. The quality and flavours of the food served up by these incredible cooks was mesmerizing to say the least. The memory stuck with us for years and became our benchmark for Indian Cuisine.My wife, young son and I decided to head to Palm Beach from Logan yesterday to escape the expected heat blast. Get near the beach and cool down. However, the other main attraction for our family was the food from from this first class restaurant. The staff are very welcoming and we were humbled by the Chef checking in on us while we ate.I highly recommend this to anyone on holiday in this area who shares a love of Indian cuisine.Our sincere thanks and appreciation to the Chef and staff atKOH-I-NUR. We look forward to our next dinning experience with you.

KOH-I-NUR INDIAN CUISINE (BYO)
This is my favourite restaurant. Food flavours, ambience, staff, everything is too good. I liked soups, they add vegetables which are very crunchy and feels very fresh.
