Been ordering for years now for my clients. If you need it asap they're good but if not it can take ages.Even though they have stock in their local warehouse and we only live up the road so pick up makes sense.Staff are also hit and miss. Hopefully, they read their reviews to improve on the areas needed.

I have been with Independence Australia for about 5years. I have found them easy to use for ordering all my supplies, even if I can't find it all I have to do is ring them and they are really helpful. I also like the way they give back to the community. Overall I would recommend Independence Australia to everyone!

Very fast return on my purchase. One star taken off above because the courier left the parcel outside. My instructions were to leave the parcel under the front porch near the front door. The courier must have just come inside our gate and left the parcel on the front path inside the gate, but not under cover. If it had rained it would have been soaked. So you should advise couriers that this is not a good practice. Thanks

Difficult to get customer service. It took me 4 months to get a resolution on a missed order. Was told there would be a credit added to my account. Next time I ordered was told no credit exists on my account. Got me order today and short changed again. No wonder they are making money off the disabled and people in need. Very disillusioned with you now

Appreciate your fast delivery of orders to Brisbane. Delivery driver, hower, left parcel in letter box which is okay if it doesn't rain - fortunately, it didn't - but I had requested it be left on front steps that are well protected from the rain.

Delivery is unreliable. I ordered my items 2 weeks ago and order still hasn't shown up. Customer service is awful, can spend ages waiting on the phone and then the call hangs up. Emails are not responded to. This has happened 3 times now. Checked and everything is in place. Use another company. This company will not give you reliability.
