We were extremely pleased with our experience right from the beginning of walking into a shop. Everything was done to help us. The service was excellent. Advice was given. We were told our curtains would come after Christmas. Was very surprised to find that they were ready 3 weeks b4 Christmas! The installation was excellent. Again great service from the installer. Needed a custom made cutain rod for bsy window. Quote was quick. Understandably things take longer everywhere post covid to get made. Be patient as they are worth it. All the staff are lovely. I felt very comfortable with staff in my hime fir quote & install

very disppointed with my experience with this franchise. The young person they sent out initially to do the measure did not take the correct measurements. The follow up more experienced person had to do a proper measure.The first people who came out to do the fit discovered that that they had to insert timber in the eaves. This issue should have been identified by the measuring person when they did the site evaluation. They said that they did not have enough time and left for another job. Then they stopped work for Xmas and did not return for a few weeks.When the installation finally happened they caused damage. (see photos of broken and cracked brick). A bolt was left untightned. They also left the job unfinished by not placing a roof tile back in position. I had to replace it myself.I have had work done previously via their Oaklegh store and have found the in store team there are more experienced and their installation team are far more competent. They did a top job. I recommend you go there.

Highly recommended DC&B. Mehri came out to measure and quote and was very thorough and helpful. The blinds were all installed and look fantastic. We had to get something changed and Andrew was very helpful throughout the whole process. We love our sheers & rollers.
