I don't want to leave a bad review but I actually feel like this is necessary.If It wasn't for the recovery service from Brodie this review would be a 1. Overall this is actually a great agency to deal with but sadly both my partner and I were treated unprofessionally by our agent Sarah Lyons. I felt that she had no care factor and felt that her customer service skills were non-existent.Honestly thanks so much Brodie for helping us.

I recently rented my investment property through Barry Plant- Doreen.Brodie was our rental specialist and the process was extremely straightforward. Brodie organised inspection times appropriate to our schedules and was very professional throughout the process.He’s very responsive via email/sms and highly recommend Barry plant Doreen if you’re interested in renting your property.

They were very professional, considerate and prompt during the entire process. The application process was very simple and easy to follow. Lauren assisted us by suggesting key factors & documents required in an application and also guiding us with the application to get us a home we love. They were very responsive with clear outline of when to expect outcomes of the applications and were flexible with the start date. It was such a relief to get utility connected without any hassles and stress through their partners. They also arranged for a technician to check all the connections to ensure we had the best and safe service when we moved in. Our move was done without any hassle. Highly recommend them as they are so passionate to find a dream home for you and your family.

Very disappointed with their dishonesty and unprofessional work. Barry Plant Doreen LIED in the advertisement that ALL windows in the house are double glazed. Even before putting the offer for the house, double checked with Kristin Parker and she confirmed ALL windows are double glazed. After moving to the house we found out only 4 out of 29 windows are double glazed! Barry Plant Doreen does not answer us anymore and do not take responsibility for misleading us.The cost for double glazing the rest 25 windows is $85k. If we knew all windows were not double glazed, we definitely did not buy this house. Their goal is to do anything to get their commission.

Couldn't fault our Agent Geoffrey Ralph during our sale process. While the rest of the Agents servicing Whittlesea wouldn't answer the hard questions, he did. I hate sleazy sales people, he made us feel comfortable and was upfront at all times. I figured if I felt comfortable, my potential buyers were likely to feel the same way. In the end, we sold at auction for above our initial reserve...his advice on preparing the home and what the market was doing was fair and accurate.
