My partner took up the ukulele during lockdown and stumbled on Fine Music and their great range of method and song books for the ukulele. Simple click and collect no problems. My only problem is keeping him from ordering more.

Went here to purchase a refurbished student clarinet from Windcraft Repairs out the back. The Fine Music staff were very helpful in sorting accessories, cleaning equipment, spare reeds and even a complimentary name tag holder for the case. Very friendly folk, and a lovely store to wander around and look at the instruments, despite never having played one in my entire life.

Great service. I dropped by in person a week ago, but the book wasn't present in the shop. The lady at the counter helped me order and arrange posting. She was spot on with the posting time frame. Ordered last Friday, received this Friday. It was great.

5 stars and shoutout for Nick at Fine Music. Nick was instrumental (unintended pun) in ordering in a piece of equipment for me which had been a bit challenging to acquire. Got the item and it sadly proved to be faulty straight out of the box. Nick obviously understood my disappointment, especially due to the trouble I had gone to to get this item. He didn't hesitate to facilitate a full refund for me and expressed regret that the item didn't work out for me. Excellent customer service. Very much appreciated

Nothing to fault! I got a 3 pack of 2.5 strength bari sax reeds. The process was easy and quick. I got an email in less than a day with a tracking number and shipping details. The online store is well laid out and easy to navigate, making the purchase much easier than any other online music store I've used. I will be purchasing with Fine Music in the future.
