Called Tim from Fama for a trapped baby magpie in my workplace, was so helpful over the phone that we managed to safely free the animal. Very supportive and knowledgeable, could tell he cared about the safety of the animal.

We had a Deer (Bull) that had been badly injured in a Car Accident and ended up on my property.We called the local council and talked to the Ranger, they could not help me as the Deer was on private property, they suggested we get in touch with a farmer or sports shooter. We called wildlife rescue they only deal with native animals. We called the local Police, and asked if they knew of anyone that could assist us and they did not know of anyone.A friend recommended that we get in touch with animal management and search of the web pointed me to Feral Animal Management Australia.It was after 5pm on a Friday night, so I left a message.Within 10 minutes I had a call back and Tim arranged to come straight over to assess the situation.Tim was very professional, informed authorities, was very reassuring, sensitive to us and the animal's suffering.Tim dealt with the situation quickly and efficiently.We highly recommend F.A.M.A. and would not hesitate to call them again.

Tim and Ash were nothing but Amazing. They helped me get the feral cats out of my backyard. Walking the dog this morning I came across a medium to large wild kangaroo at the local kids playground. Calling FAMA or support, Tim let me know that they are out on jobs and that they can have someone there in a few hours. Understanding the situation, Tim suggested the local council as this could pose a danger to the kids. I called the Hume city council only to have Richard tell me that it's not a council issue and that they won't help. I tried to impress on Richard that there are kids crossing this park to the Bus, Richard still maintained that the Hume City Council will not respond or help in this matter. I called 13 14 44, non emergency Policy they keep advertising and they transferred me through to the closest police station where I was told that its not a police matter and that they won't help. I guess they do not see any revenue raising in rescuing a Kangaroo or you know, protecting children in a park. I ended up calling Wild Animal Rescue and they are trying to see if they can find someone to come, but as the Kangaroo isn't injured or down" it might take a while.Tim will see what he can do to get someone out

Tim and his colleague are legends. Had a bad day with a possum inside the house and they came in late night and helped me sort it out. Everyone I contacted couldn't help me as it was a Sunday night and Tim was the only one that offered to help me. I called Tim after fox holes at the bottom of our block became active and the foxes were regularly killing possums. Tim responded promptly to my enquiry, was friendly, knowledgeable and flexible with timing-coming at all hours to check progress on traps and baits. The foxes were caught and/or moved on, and we are very happy. Great work!
