From the get go, Katrina was a dream to deal with. From my first phone call to enquire about CoolSculpting my inner thighs, to making the booking, to my actual appointment & then the follow up text message to see how I was going after treatment, Katrina has been AMAZING!Katrina’s professionalism, customer service & knowledge of her products is second to none.I felt so super comfortable and knew I was in good hands.The whole experience in itself was relaxing and comfortable. You lay back & look out onto the water while treatment is underway. There are also snacks, water & an iPad with Netflix. Katrina has honestly thought of everything! I am super impressed.I couldn’t recommend her more if you are considering freezing away some of those fat cells!

Katrina was very warm and made you feel at ease, she was confident in what she does and more than happy to answer any questions and quell any worries! During the treatment being able to relax and watch Netflix with some snacks was a fun experience!
